so basically, you go into documents, then adobe, and then after effects whatever version you're using (like im using after effects 2024). Next, click on user presets and copy paste all the presets you have into there. Refresh the menu and it should be there. They removed the thing in the video unfortunately :C Hope this helped!

No, rar files are a compressed format. Extract the .ffx file and install it as I show in the video.
