An Evinrude E-Tec 50 HP Outboard Engine for free !

David does a deal on 3 outboards and ends up with an Evinrude E-Tec for free. It's a non runner but that doesn't put David off. He starts right away and orders a manual and a diagnostics lead . First job is to release the tilt mechanism so the engine can be lowered . Manually lowering the engine tilt can be done by undoing a screw in the pump. Unfortunately nobody told David about the circlip .
