Hi - my hitch sits on an angle, which results in my bike rack hanging low. The whole setup seems very unstable. I took it back to the installer and the tech said it's on correctly. What's with the angle? I can't find anything online about this. Any ideas?
I have the same issue with my hitch. I have a 1-Up bike rack and putting a 2nd bike with an add-on will cause the rack to bounce a lot, even with an anti-rattle already installed.
