But they are small comparing to what u could do
      I recommend u watch ( justin sung ) channel
It will do transform ur prespective about learning and it will help u evalute and priotize what is the most VALUBLE EFFEICNT things u have to care about more than writing down or somehing like that
Which is passive compared to justin ,s techniques

tips that I learned from this video:
1- focus on doing outputs more than inputs.
2- Share something that you learn with others by creating content (blogs, youtube videos...).
3- take notes about things that you learn.
4- always give your feedback about the topic that you consuming.
5- be careful about the quality of the content that you are dealing with.

I’ve learned that from this video.
I’ve been doing inputs more than outputs since I was small. Also, when it comes to English studies, I’ve been listening more than talking. That’s one of the reasons why I’m not fluent in English even now.
I realized that I should focus more on speaking and writing.
This is also a good way to practice outputs, thanks🙌

I have been reading regularly for the last few years, and I also intended to start writing more. I will definitely try to create more output (in the form of writing) of the books I read, even if the output stays only with me. This makes a lot of sense, because looking back at my university years, I always needed to write on paper about the subjects I was studying to understand them better. Thanks for the help, great video.
