On the basis that Mr Keating had to help Mr Sayed to understand this workflow... the rest us have no chance : ) I'm hoping Sidefx will 'fine tune' this a little : ) PS: Seems rather weird that the point tiling doesn't work correctly directly in Copernicus, but does when tiled in SOPs. (EDIT: Just noted the comment below on point relaxation - which sounds like a good insight.)
How would I rotate the stamps around just one axis? EDIT: Found an answer, you can set an attribute called spriterot on the points in degrees and it will rotate the sprites. So you could remap the values from a mono fractal to -180 and 180 or 0 and 360.
Top left of the COP network there is a resolution dropdown menu. It's greyed out and at 1024x1024 by default, you can simply choose any of the other resolution presets and also choose a proxy resolution to work with and to view in the viewport.
I think turning off the relaxation on the points should yield better results as for tileability

Loving these tutorials!
A copnet on a sopnet inside copnet inside a sopnet😂
How do you get to change the resolution output, is it the tile size and if so, what is the relation between tile size and texture resolution? Thanks
