Sayali, once again job well done. One info., You do not always need a work permit. For example if the spouse has a blue card "niebieska karta UE" mentioned in remark of resident permit than you will have access to labour market "dostęp do rynku pracy" in your remark. This means you do not need a work permit to work, this is "ONLY" applicable if your spouse has a blue card (An idea for your next video, how to get blue card in Poland :-)). Also for Business Analyst job you may still live without Polish :-). Neverthless, keep it up !!! Super Robota !!!

Madam, I have one question. I got one contact from Poland which is immigration consultancy which is also tied up with language school in Warsaw. They said they will get us 1 year validity National Visa for Poland on which I can work for any employer as full time employee legally and week end I can attend language classes. So I just want to know really is there any Visa category

Like that? Because me and my friend paid 1250 euro each for this process almost 4 months back but due to COVID-19 process not yet progressed anything. My main question is can we believe this process? They said they will apply this Visa under National others category. Please suggest!

So what about if someone resumption date is March 1st and also given extension letter as grace to he or she can still resume late March 31st to join d class..
What will be the intended date of arrival because this person visa appointment is on March 17. Remember is not possible for the visa to be ready within the two weeks so definitely your intended date of arrival is not accurate since you can still resume late March 31st as the school stated. PLEASE WHAT WILL BE THE CORRECT INTENDED DATE OF ARRIVAL
