Dear mam, please tell me what should I fill in work entitling to work section if I have to apply visa for scientific research purpose. I have got a research position in research institute in Poland. They are saying that work permit is exempted for research people. So they have only given me the preliminary employment contract and letter of confirmation. Please help ASAP.

Thank you for this video. I just have 1 question - regarding the surname and status. For newly wed female employee. What if during the process of work permit, her last name and status indicated was single. Then, after the release of work permit she just got married. Hence, her surname will be updated based on your husband's last name. Will the employer need to re-apply for a new work permit because of her updated last name and civil status?
It takes too.much time.in january i filled this form still no result other side i got appointment through vfs but unluckily i got refused with reason no.10(purpose of stay could be different than declared)again i appealed against decision .same decision came without justified

There should be no problem, there is no passport information in the work permit. It's best if you take both passports with you.
Hi Daria. Thank you for posting such a useful video. I also recently applied for a work permit through a consultancy agency. They sent me a pdf. On the first page of this document, it is written that ''WNIOSEK O WYDANIE ZEZWOLENIA NA PRACĘ CUDZOZIEMCA NA TERYTORIUM RZECZYPOSPOLITEJ POLSKIEJ''. That document consists of 6 pages. On the document, there is not any sign or stamp, but at the bottom of each page, there is an Identyfikator dokumentu. Is there any place where I can verify this document? Thank you in advance!

Sir we can't say anything regarding this. You have to contact with your agent or employer where from you apply . We are recruitment firm we provided work permit and visa. If you have any query so you have to book an consultancy regarding your query.

You need to get the travel insurance which must be related to the work permit, for one year and that should cover 30,000 Euros

How much time can it take to get a positive confirmation link; it's been 11 days since I submitted my three year work permit. I might have made a mistake to mention intended arrival and departure length more than one year. But still no positive or negative response is made yet.
Also, when I try to reapply, the system isn't allowed as the file is already there.

I received my Type A work permit last May 2022 and there it mentioned that it's valid for 3years (June 2022-June 2025). Is this correct?

If you have been getting information about the draw on your provided mail then it possible to track whether you have received the slot not , In case if you have not provided them you mail Id and they are the one who are providing you the details then you need to ask them only

You need to go back to the sight you must have received a link on your mail where you got confirmation from there onward you need to fill your whole application form.
I made a mistake when filling the form and I have already submitted it and they told me to wait for the form to be positive verified to get a link to fill the full application form but am scared because I have entered a wrong data on a particular box I watched the video after that so what can I do to correct it

Can you explain what is electronic draw , ? Is it like puting 100 people name in one spinner and then make draw , who's name's come in draw 10 draw that person will get visa appointments?
