Sure, you can. Second class lower is a good grade. Some school gives you an opportunity to take some bridging course or remedial courses. While others accept your results plus a work experience of say 3 years and above in your field of study. It depends. Goodluck

You can’t judge living in poland based on a few bad experiences you had in a few days. Poland uses zloty not dollars not euros. The taxi driver was a bad person. Other than that everything is okay here. Sorry about your experience
I’ll give you 2 important advices: take warm clothes and don’t take too much food like rice or any heavy food you’d have to drag in a suitcase. Warm shoes are a must in December unless you want to suffer right after coming off a plane.
