What is this even trying to say. I think this is trying to say quantum physics could be somehow be used for precision surgery, but I really don't see how you go from particle physics to brain surgery. Maybe they're trying to say quantum tunneling could be used to manipulate individual cells, but that sounds like a great way to pop someone like a bubble. Besides, quantum tunneling devices capable of moving protons and neutrons are beyond modern engineering. This video also says "all appropriate therapies, both conventional and alternative" at 0:45. Tantamount to saying alternative medicines. There's a scam in here somewhere.
