Step one can be completely skipped by following these steps:
Visit [Settings]->[Accessibly]->[Visibility Enhancements]-> and select the option [Remove Animations] when enabled the option radio button is colored in (depending on the theme being used).
Turning that option on in accessibly enables the reduce animations function by default however nothing in the first speed up trick actually increases the speed of the phone...
Unloading RAM can improve app performance, but it's not the literal CPU speed boost I was looking for either.
Using this techniques way back in android 2.3.3 gingerbread
Some of these only exist on the S10 for example the reduce animations and auto restart built into the One UI

Reducing animation transition can reveal a lot of UI bugs in apps, there's a reason that transition animation is set to 1x; it's there to give apps the time they need to process/deliver whatever content is being fetched/rendered. Doesn't matter how fast the hardware in the phone is, the bottleneck will usually always be the software.
Otherwise, your other tips are great 🙂

Does putting the screen at max brightness make your battery go down lower.
Everything becomes in your face without those animations...just switch the animation scale to 1.5x the phone seems buttery smooth...you will love those animations trust me
Am i supposed to turn developer options off? If I keep it on, my phone glitches. when I turn it off, my setting return back to factory.

What's your battery life like? I usually get between 4 and 8 hours SOT, depending on what I do. Pretty satisfied.

Does anyone else have an S10e that gets really poor battery life? If so how do I help it get better? I've tried all the usual turning things off I dont use and watched every video I can find on how to make it better but...no luck...

I have my phone for about 4 to 5 mouth s and I'm start to get Performance lag and it might where I put it on 1440 but I had that on Since I practically got it so idk right now I put it back to 1080 so hopefully Cross your fingers I don't get Performance lag.

Thanks for the extra into. I'm still using it the way it came but with quad HD and not running dark mode as I love it the way it is. I don't feel the need to change anything. I have the exynos in Australia. I even have decent battery life might be an hour less than the 855 but it diggers very well and no issues with the fingerprint even better after the update. Thanks

With a Samsung, you have to take every precaution to make the phone faster because over time, no matter what you do, it'll still end up lagging. Needs more RAM and turn off animations.
