Hey everybody. Remember to turn on Adaptive Battery option in the Power Mode, it helps to save a lot of battery. Like this comment so that more people can see it.

Very good and those were the EXACT same things I do when setting up my phone (bar the edge settings). Glad to know I am not alone. My no.1 is turning off adaptive lighting. It drives me crazy as it is always too dark for me.

You can make the animations faster in the Developer Settings. The animations will still be there but a lot faster.
You are also able to completely remove them, makes your phone much faster.
Yes and when you use the reduce animations button it doesn't allow you to scroll through recent aps fastly anymore. You have to go through the dev options and do it to not effect the scrolling through recent apps

I put my animations to 1.5x it makes my phone feel very smooth. And if you swipe fast it will move fast. I have the s10+ with the prism white😁😎

@@samatoki3495 not really! But I buy phones once in every 4 years or so. My S6 edge plus that I bought 2015 November is still new but lately the Mic isn't good especially when I make calls. And that's why I ordered the s10+ 500GB brand new from Samsung.
My guess is next time I buy a phone would be around 2025😁 hopefully.

Hello, this video really helped me truly customize my galaxy s10 plus. But there is one thing I would like to say about the reduce animation feature you talked about, if you want your phone to go even faster you can go then read on.
First: Go to settings and click on the about phone panel, near the bottom.
Second: Click software information and then click build number until you see that you are 3 taps away from becoming a developer, tap three more times and you are now a devoloper.
Three: You now have a new panel in your setting at the very bottom that says developer options, click on it.
Four: Scroll down until you see window animation scale, transition animation scale, and animator duration scale. Turn all of these to .5× and your phone is even faster then it would be to reduce animations. Be careful not to really turn anything on or off in developer options because it could cause unwanted things to happen.
Five: Lastly, now that you have your faster phone, yes I already tried but sadly, if you turn on reduce animations it will make you phone slower if you have already used developer options.

I'm glad I switched to samsung 😌 after many years of using an iphone from the iphone 6 to the iphone x. I just got bored of them. Felt like the same thing just a little bigger. Switching was a completely new scene , new things to learn and get used to. Love it. Dont see myself switching back. Not anytime soon anyways

I have 3 things I really need clarification on:
1. What is the best setting for the display as to me this display feels a little more yellowish with less contrast than the Adaptive setting on the s9+?
2. Will the fingerprint scanner work better with the pre installed screen protector off or will it be the same, I need to press really hard for my finger to register properly, even if I tap quickly I must tap hard for it to work with protector on.
3. My galaxy buds sound is VERY low on my s9+ and on max volume its barely audible, is this a glitch?

What part of the world are you in JJ picked up mine in Australia and the buds were shrink wrap packaged with the phone. As an aside the seller told me one of his
retail clients was separating the package and selling the buds on their own normal retail price here is about $250aud.
