My first apartment when I moved out of my parents' place was a basement in a private house. When I actually moved to a real apartment, I would tell folks I was doing the Jefferson thing, moving to a deluxe apartment in the sky. It was the first floor of a 4-story building.

My 1st apt was on the bottom floor 3 levels then my 2nd was in the middle 3 levels, then later i bought a camper and lived in that for 1-3 years now i'm in my own home so it took a while but i'm here. Um, she didn't really mix it up, she was intentionally fed BS by Bud. They had a similar gag in several episodes: Bud helping Kelly prepare a book report on Robinson Crusoe and mixing it up with Gilligan's Island, Bud helping Kelly prepare a book report on Moby Dick and mixing it up with Mr. Ed, and there was another one with The Addams Family.
I know that brother and sister rivals are never new to me I have nothing in common with my half sister she's to busy on Facebook caring what people think and I'm too busy not caring what people think, so I understandably understand the joke plus watched all these e[episodes already.@@jefdarcy
@@jefdarcy Kelly ended up in the principal's office for three hours long, for three hours long. And when she tried to explain to the principal that Bud was helping her, the principal was like: "Now, Miss Bundy, not even you are that dumb!"
@@el_mismisimo_sr.x I believe this was around spring of 1990 when this season 3 episode aired. I was almost 20, so no trouble there. I meant if I was in the episode at the age I was at the time, not age I am now.
The Best Episode of the entire Series. However, they didn't show the Greatest scene of the entire Series...when Al pretends to be the peeper, pulls pantyhose over his head, makes a 'ghost sound' and then says - "Peep...peep...peep...
If I recall, this is the third song that Bud incorporated into his tutoring sessions with Kelly. 1. Book report on "Robinson Crusoe"; theme song to "Gilligan's Island" 2. Book report on "Moby Dick"; theme song to "Mister Ed" (replacing "horse" with "whale" and "Mister Ed" with "Mister Dick") 3. Thomas Jefferson; theme song to "The Jeffersons" When will Kelly learn? No pun intended.
TV legends all of them
"he peeped me last night. It was horrible!"
"How was it for you?"
Classic
"He peeped YOU?" Some unforgetable dialogue in this one.
Woman: “It was horrible!”
Al: “But how was it for you?”
LOVE how this show wasn't at all afraid to be politically incorrect and just call a spade a spade.
Old lady - Something must be done! I just been peeked!
Me- like who wants to see your wrinkled old self! Sadly there's men today who would...never mind!
Wouldn't he have gone blind?
I love Peg laughing at Al's jokes towards Marcy and the ladies...
i almost thought she broke character. but i dont know. this was hilarious!
I believe bud was the one doing it
Al later going "Peep, peep, peep! Peeper here!" is f'n hilarious. I love this era of MWC 🤘🤘
Greatest line of the early seasons!!! I have often wondered if that was scripted or did Ed O'Neil improv that?
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Hmmm cookies!
That's exactly my first thought too....peep, peep, peep....
Then he randomly goes "oohhh...!" like a ghost. 😂❤
'And how was it for you'? 😂😂😂
It's blast when Al And Peggy join forces to roast people together 🤣🔥
I swear, you could see Peggy biting back the laughter a couple times in this one.
Saw that too and that makes it even better 😅
This was such a a great show it's a shame we can't anything close to this type of comedy
The writing and performances were hilarious at this point and only got better with season 4.
The two best seasons imo.
I find it fascinating how Kelly was doing bad at school, but yet is a very fast and great learner when Bud teaches her stuff that isn't real.
She can only hold so much information in. Once you teach her something another piece of information leaves her head.
She just believes what Bud is telling her, thinking he won't play with her.
The youth of today.
Cos it makes sense to her...
If you try to pour a gallon of knowledge into a shot-glass of a brain, you're gonna spill some.
This is most funniest episode of anything I ever seen in my life.
Bud and his mullet 😅
out of all the episodes this is the one I remember most.🤣🤣🤣
"Uh... What did he see, honey?
Did he see your jimmies?"
😹🤘!
Wow! Christina Applegate is looking very beautiful and gorgeous in the 90's! She's a masterpiece! 😍😍😍😍❤❤❤❤
This was the 80s
not 100% positive but I think this is from a later season so it would be like 1990 or 1991 @@nathanskywalker1536

3:32 NO man looks at me and lives!
Ah, if only she knew the truth of that statement ...
This is hilarious at so many levels!
Bud was such a devious brother to his sister. Oglf course Marcie was a tortured individual.
MWC - Starring Bud's Mullet and the Lovely Ms Kelly!
Bud’s mullet tho.
That's a cool top Kelly is wearing
"If Kelly doesn't graduate from high school, then she doesn't move out and daddy doesn't get his own room."-Al to Bud on helping Kelly.
*BUD:* So, no more "Shakespeare the friendly ghost"?
*AL:* (Shakes his head.)
*BUD:* No more "I dream of Lincoln"?
"And I just might go berserk and kill my children in alphabetical order. Do you understand, BUD"

Kelly's President Jefferson song. Lol.
I love how when the beautiful woman spoke up al Peggy and Steve wanted to peep at what the peeper saw Peggy didn't even turn away
Marcy: Peggy! There's something disgusting going on in this neighborhood!
Al: See, Peg? Now everybody knows!
He peeped me. It was horrible.

4:55 Notice that Al still holds Peg even though he doesn't want to.
for the life of me I don't get why he doesn't want to!!

We don't see the real peeper, actually.
Back when BUD was SUPERKOOL
there's at least 3 insults that could have made it onto the "Best Insults Video"!
Sounds like what I learned in school.
Pure gold comedy. Back in the good old days when "advocates for people's rights" didn't exist. If I had a time machine...
3:13 Thought she was Lucy Lawless, sort of looks like her.

TRULY I TRULY LOVE THE LOOK ON PEGGY’S FACE WHEN SHE SAID ( HE PEEPED YOU ???? ) . TRULY WHICH TRULY I TRULY AGREE WITH .
"Did you know that Thomas Jefferson's wife was Black". Well pretty close to why he has Black decedents named Jefferson.
