Glad you got that captain - buy once, cry once. Sometimes seems silly to drop a lot of cash on a little chunk of metal, but the enjoyment of it has so much value that it's easily worth it 👍

Got to agree about that librarian. It is a great model. Can imagine the captain was a pretty penny, still worth it to have such a classic model. We need to get Fred's seal of approval for this project. Honestly, I think this has to be the closest to his I have seen. Would be aweaome to get some side by side photos for a comparison.

That army was so different at the time when I first saw it in WD. This one has been great to see it grow as well. I'm going to have to try and paint a Howling Griffon for my son's collection. Can't wait to see the while army 👍
I totally agree. Fred Reeds army back in the day in WD 180 was a complete inspiration to me as a kid. Yes give them a go they are a fun chapter to paint. Yes look out for the final army shots 👌❤️
