I remember "back in the day" when there was the "Strength made simple" series when I was still more interested about how to build muscle, and now I'm doing sports and trying to increase strength for it. It's not always easy to parse comments like "this is stupid/worthless" when it's said in specific context and not interpret it as universal idea.
Versa Gripps are cool but there's something about it when you see the most worn down IronMind straps. Like someone uses them and then does 300 kg deep squats or 230 kg front squats.
maaaan i would love a chat about bodybuilding, exercises, etc between Mike and Mr. Arnold
Quiting bodybuilding has considerably affected Dr Mike. It clearly shows in his face!
Love these videos
Be interesting to see when we get tons more data on the stretch component on a rep compared to resistance and on different training exp groups
love your passive positivity
I'd be curious to see you analyze Dana Lynn Bailey. Just curious. Your critiques have totally changed my workouts!! Awesome stuff.
Excited to try the bottom half RDLs
The best way to see how smart someone trained is to see how they look and physically move at 55+
Amazing intro… can we legitimately get a full set of those fifa style bodybuilder cards put online? So cool
How did I not see the RP app ad coming
I saw a picture of Phil when he played college basketball. He was super jacked and shredded, I honestly think he does in fact have the best genetics for bodybuilding ever
I wish we had public and easy accessibility to this kind of advice 25 years ago
You guys have to get a video with Migan (Team 3D Alpha), his knowledge is off the charts and his stuff is revolutionary. He's read "10,000 studies in the past 10 years and can refer to any one at any time."
Can we get a video on Sandbag Hypertrophy? Maybe a breakdown of the major moves, crossover application, etc?
He’s “The Gift” for a reason.
the self-deprecation is too real, dr mike ur a pro to us
Ayeee GBRS collab coming soon?? Love the shirt
