    I didn't plan this video it just sort of happened when I started to talk with the camera while making a vlog.
    I think that, there are certain times in life we go through really heavy moments of intense emotions and the thing that always comes to my mind is how lonely it can be.
    It doesn't matter if there's people around you they never know how you are actually feeling. This video is a hug for those moments.
    I want you to see it and to remember that the shitty days shall pass and you hold the power to take the actions to change your life. You are not alone, we are all fighting our individual battles so I hope I can inspire you to start small.
    Your life matter and you are special. I love you. Thank you for being here and for giving the best you can with the strength you have in the moment.

    This is my first time seeing you and I don't know why but I just randomly clicked this video when i saw it on my main page. It's really weird because i was feeling low today, I am alone in my office at 22PM working on my side art project. That's why it also made me smile when i learned that you are also an artist.
    I don't really watch this kind of content on youtube for a while so that's why i think something made me come across this video. Thank you! I wish you the best, let's have an amazing year

    I have a very detailed list of things to get done in the day, everyday. Things likes wake up, open the window, have breakfast, take a shower...
    It makes sure I take care of myself every single day. Sometimes I forget why I should do these things, since I usually stay at home and don't need to go elsewhere.
    You get the point: it's for me that I'm foing all of this!

      omg this is soooooooooo useful!!! I also work from home and something that we HAVE to do is get out of our pijamas. Otherwise the days just merge together and the climate i live in doens't help bc its always raining and cold hahahah I am happy to hear you have been learning how to look after yourself, this is so beautiful

    I just moved 3 months ago to a new city, and I have been rejected from around 100 jobs, I've been applying for two months. I can hardly pay rent, because it's drained my savings living on my own. I didn't expect not to have a job still. I don't want to be depressed either, but I'm slowly moving out of this energy. When your depression gets worse, it forces you to hermit and reflect. I think the only important thing is to give yourself grace everyday, it really is small steps!

      Hi sweetie! omg this is such a stressful situation to be in, I am sure the right opportunity is just around the corner. Sometimes we get too desperate/sad and this energy can really block our opportunities. I am happy to hear that you are stepping out of a depressive wave, take good care of yourself!! What i do when i face things like that is that I sit down and journal a lot. Try and get the answers on how you FEEL when you are applying for those jobs, you would be surprised on how much we get on our own way :( I will lit a candle for you, and send good energies for the PERFECT job to call you asap!

Me and my dad are going to places tomorrow to bring applications, no plan, I'm just going to places that feel right. Applying online hasn't done me any good. I'm glad I can resonate with you, it helps not feeling so alone in it🩷

      Hi babe! oh I am so sorry to hear! just make sure she is not in a place where what I said could be triggering, wait for her to be in a good day or open to receive any sort advices, you know what mean... But hopefully it will make she reflect on how she is deciding to perceive life and maybe bring some insights on how to start small with tiny steps. Sending lots of love to you and her

    I'm sure this video is well intentioned, and some of the content is uplifting and comforting.
    But it's hurtful to insinuate that depression, a genetically heritable brain disorder, is something that people choose, or do to themselves. This attitude is really stigmatizing, and keeps people from seeking necessicary medical care. If I could just wake up one day, and start ~thinking positive~ and cure my chronic illness, I would.
    Feeling sadness =/= being depressed

      this is something i’ve thought about a lot as someone who was diagnosed with severe persistent depressive disorder when i was young, then as i matured and got into holistic healing i realized that a lot of mental health issues like depression stem from root causes within the mind, body, and spirit that can be realized, addressed, and healed. i spent most of my life thinking i would always have depression, but it took a matter of changing my mindset and taking responsibility for my wellbeing. it’s hard work and it takes time, but i can confidently say i’ve holistically healed what i thought was chronic, crippling, and seemingly incurable depression without medication and i wholeheartedly believe everyone else can do it to. i understand how these statements can be triggering. once someone said these same words to me when i was too caught up in my illness to receive their wisdom and i felt quite triggered. i say none of this to attack you, just sharing a story from my journey and i wish you the best upon yours

      ​@@mysticmaidenmagic i agree with you. The first step is always realizing the problem. From then on ppl have to work on changing their mindset and working on their wellbeing. Making up excuses based on mental illness is easier of course. But you do it for yourself and maybe for your loved ones, not for others. I have a friend who has depression and i try to be nice and positive, but listening to her negative mindset every two days is hard on me too. She deliberatly goes deeper into her negative thoughts and she knows it. Thats when i ask the question: why do you do it to yourself?

      Hi! I am so sorry to hear you think what I said is hurtful. Thank you for acknowledging my intentions anyway. I know it can be really hard to get out of a depressive wave. That's why we really have to get to know ourselves and how our brain works. When we have depression our brain really tricks us to believe horrible things, that's when the awareness enter! An exercise I do a lot is, when I have a bad thought I stop and I ask myself why, or I ask for proof. most of the time we come up with stuff ourselves and we simply let our brain spiral in negativity. For example, instead of hearing someone saying something that we believe isn't true, what if we could open our possibilities? For example, I was really bad but then i started listening to others, because of that I started leaving my house (even when i dont want to, specially when i dont want to) I started going for walks, I stopped smoking weed, I stopped my negative thoughts and tried and change them for a love-feeling. Exercising... you get the idea. Regardless, I really hope you can get better soon, sending loads of love your way, you are not alone

      okay, let's say life is definitely not all happiness and sunshine but what if you believed it was? how would you step into your days? maybe a bit of delusion can help one keep going(?) ahuhauahu There's no light without darkness and of course there's terrible things going on in the world rn, but there's also butterflies breaking out of cocoons for spring, there's people playing music that you can listen to, there's a sun rising in the morning. There's little ants working together and taking care of each other... I feel it all come back to what we want to focus on (???) maybe i am crazy idk but thank you for watching my video, it means a lot to me

      @@lannaariel (replying in English because I can understand Portuguese but not so good at writing)--That sounds like a great idea! I've seen artists share their process on Patreon creating oracle decks etc and asking their audience for feedback--I love seeing other artists process :) You're lucky you're fluent in both languages--being able to connect and bridge different people and audiences!

      I am so sorry to hear you are passing through a financial stress atm, hope things get better soon!! Idk if you like witchcraft but there are some wisdom in there, some money bowls and rituals but sometimes it comes from within ourselves, like the mindset you have around money and your self worth. I say that because I come from a very poor background and I still struggle a lot to leave my low self steam/worth behind and start believing that I too am worth of financial stability and abundance. If you need a reminder I just want to tell you you are worth of big things and I hope you receive a good surprise paycheck soon hehehe
