- Hey WAYFAM! Its been a while...a long while, and I know you have a lot of questions as to the reasons why we stopped uploading content. There is a lot of thought that went into leaving our channel as is and fading out like we did.
This is probably the last vlog / video that will ever be uploaded to this channel.
Thank you so much for following and sharing in our adventures over the last 4 years.

Hi Ashley, Thank you for an update. There have been a few commenters that broke the news to us. Just discovered you guys ealier this week. Quite the unexpected rollercoaster ride of emotions in such a short time. For sure it doesn't compare to your own heart break I am so sorry for both of you. I only discovered your Way Away channel a couple of weeks ago so I’m glad you’re keeping your videos up so I can work my way through them. They are so well produced they have a professional look about them. So you have a high bar to reach with your new channel! But I’m sure you’ll do fine.

Well firstly respect to you both & I hope life is getting better for you on your own paths. Ashley, this is the first I've heard that you have a new channel, I would have subscribed earlier had I known! I'd assumed you'd been quiet due to Covid19. I've been a subscriber here for a while and have always enjoyed your videos and Ashley's marvelous ability to be optimistic and see the good in everywhere you went. I want to say I'm so sorry for your distress & I'm full of admiration for the way you're handling all this. Just goes to show you never know what's going on behind the camera, and how you kept going all this time I can only marvel at, it makes me feel sad thinking about all that pain you've been quietly suffering all this time. I've been on my own mission, to visit 50 countries before I'm 50, and thankfully I managed it a year early last year - more often than not, when doing my research, it was somewhere you had been and your cheerful video missives were always of great use in preparation, so for that I thank you. I can't say you inspired the journeys themselves but certainly you inspired me to look for the good everywhere and gave some invaluable tips! I will watch your new adventures with great interest. I wish you the very best in life. You seem like such a decent, kind and empathetic person, trying to help people even now with your videos on your new channel, trying to use your situation as a positive. You're both still young & you've still got it all to look forward to and look what you've achieved already - people spend a lifetime not even getting close to your travels.
