Check out what Joe Bonamassa considers HIS seminal performance - what he considers the EPITOME of his career (to date) Playing live at "The Royal Albert Hall" in London! Where Eric Clapton joined him on stage for a song to tip his hat so to speak (and make his night!) Phenomenal concert! Was joined by Beth Hart and their collaborations are phenomenal with him on guitar and her vocals! But also his collaborations with ALL the great blues artists still alive and the new up and coming ones aswell! His performances on the "Keeping the Blues Alive" Blues Cruises which he organises a couple of times a year and which most of the top guitarists groups and performers make an appearance theyre also phenomenal and WELL worth checking out! BIG RABBIT HOLE to go down now!! 😉🎸👌😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧

The shades are because his eyes are really sensitive to the stage lights. You would probably crack up if you watched a couple of his social media videos, he does not give off rock star vibes one bit. Doesn’t seem to take himself seriously at all. He is a big collector of vintage guitars and amps and I believe that he calls his music studio “Nerdville”. Oh, and he is an absolutely astounding bluesman.

Mountain Time, Slo Gin at Red Rocks, Happier Times, I Just Got Paid and anything with Beth Hart. He is a blues legend and opened for BB King when he was 12 years old. All of his live shows are amazing and yes he often has a trio of female back-up singers. The Royal Albert Hall shows, Red Rocks, and The Greek Theater are can't miss in addition to this Beacon show. This rabbit hole is very very deep as is Beth Hart's.

Absolutely enjoy your reactions and being able to relive the first time hearing a piece of music.
If you've not yet realized, you've reacted to Joe in "I'd Rather Go Blind" when he paired with Beth Hart.

First time visitor so don’t know your bag in music. But if you want to see him more “unbuttoned” as you said , then a good bet is Going Down with 3 backup singers and horns. It really rocks.

There are too many great songs by Joe to name here. Evil Mama, Drive, Redemption...on and on. Love your reaction Britt, to one of the great Blues and Rock'nRoll musicians of our time.

Joe makes that guitar sing as Mr BB King said. Joe played with him at 11. The collaboration je has done with so many artists to name. His collab with Beth Hart is mind blowing the connection on stage. My fav I'll take care of you. Hos collab with Jimmy Barnes and their remake of Lazy remake of 1971 deep purples cut. Everyone is a master of their craft just an epic performance.
Welcome to the world of Mr Bonamassa produced all his own albums. Check out, the house he has for his guitars.
    Cheers 🥂

Bon as in con-a-moss-a. Joe Bonamassa currently has 16 studio albums to his credit..... and counting! I would recommend going to see him b4 he gets old, an icon that is still going strong. JB will be eligible for the Rock-N-Roll HOF in 2025 and I would be very surprised if he is not an early inductee. Just a few must-listen suggestions: Trouble Town/ Blue & Evil/ Midnight Blues/ U Upset Me/ U Left Me With Nothing But The Blues/ Breaking Up Somebody’s Home/ Angel of Mercy/ Redemption/and Just Got Paid. Always enjoy your reactions, TY.

Joe is a prodigal. Opened for BB King at the age of 12. Please check out his duet with Beth Hart on "I'll take care of you". If you've never heard Beth......girlllll......your mind will be blown. One of the best voices on the PLANET
