  • bit.ly/2Ru012I - Hi how you doing? Serge here from Zenit Windows at the home Melbourne Home Show. Come have a look at us and our products. So this is our Lift and Slide door solution. Basically in an aluminium system. This is a, basically, thermally broken system. One where the thermal break runs through the frame. The sash and basically whatever spec double glaze unit your after. This system basically allows us to go gigantic, really high. Three metres plus six metres wide, whatever you desire. Whatever cranes can take. This whole system basically, the real, sort of, smart thing about this system is the way the door moves. Basically it allows the cranking down of the handle lifts the whole massive unit up. Once it's up we're using self-leveling rollers. So basically, it allows you to be moving units that are 300, 400, 450 kilos with ease. They all feel roughly the same weight to move. When you're done with the door, you can drop it. It sits on it's own rubbers. It's not in use. The rollers are basically retracted. You can't move the door. And you get the complete seal in the house. The drainage system is also very, very smart with this. We can get a completely flush finish in nearly every one of our systems. Whether it be the Eco Range or all the way up to this high performance Thermally Broken System. We only really specialise in double glaze plus. So all our products we bring in directly from Europe. And the whole ethos with our company is basically to keep you house as tight sealing as possible, and keep the energy out. Whatever energy, whether it be noise, heat, cold, whatever it be, we try and keep it out of the house. Which is a way that, in fairness, Europe's been doing for a long time and we're starting to basically come around to that now, which is fantastic. If we come over, to another system that we've just brought into Australia, this is still a prototype. This is called the Eco Minimal System. It's a non-thermally broken system. It's priced very competitively for a system such as this, however, we can basically get extreme, extreme thinness, which is generally what a lot of people are after. And extremely large sizes with relative ease of use. We have to use basically a hidden hardware system, it's so minimal. It's a system where we basically, it's still multi-point locking like almost every one of our systems. It's all German hardware, basically the top of the top. The whole thing with this system is we can get the floor boards or whatever polished concrete straight up to a flush finish and you can basically still have a smooth operation. Even on a door such as this with two panels of eight mil glass. On the glass aspect, we do a lot of different glass; triple, double, with argon, it really depends project specific. Yeah, and basically, if we move over here to the, to our sort of bread and butter, the Tilt and Turn. And Europe's bread and butter. The majority of windows in Europe are Tilt and Turn. There's a few reasons for that. There's a big practical reason and there's a big security and seal reason. So this is our PVC option. We do PVC frames as well, as well as Aluminium Thermally Broken ones. The hardware is the same amongst all our systems. We don't choose which systems better, they all have their pluses and minuses. Nearly all our systems now we try and use the multi-point locking so when you close the window, you tighten it, the rubbers tighten all around the perimeter and you've got a sealed up window. For a little bit of ventilation, you don't have to do the full crank to open a window, we just do the tilt option. With a tilt, tilts can be massive. We can switch the turn function off, essentially this function, we can switch that off and just have the tilt function. Such as a door or window this big. There's really no weight limit because we're all bottom bearing with the weight. Those no need to build any engineering around the top of the window or door. And basically, and basically, and basically, with the hardware is what we bring in with these Tilt and Turns we also try and hide most of the hardware as well. So, we're one of the first ones to actually have the hidden Tilt and Turn system. We don't have any hinges, anywhere. There's no need to put hinge cover caps to match up with your profile. There's no need to really do a lot. You just need to basically incorporate all the multi-point locking and then when you close the window all you see is just clear, flush framing, which is the minimal system we are trying to achieve in all our different range. If you want to come see our products in real life, come to the Melbourne Home Show and come to the Zenit Window stand.
