Good luck not getting injured. Definitely don't push yourself on the day of the marathon, your joints and tendons aren't ready for it even if it feels like your heart and lungs are.

The first two exercises were really good to stretch my IT band, I've been trying to get rid of lateral knee pain for a while but it re-surfaces every long run.
Thank you Ash.. thanks for reminding me of breathing.. I tend to hold my breath when I am pushing the stretch and your constant reminder to breathe brings a smile and focus on my breathing again.
