I've heard Jennifer sing with singers that don't have as much power as she does, and she's always very generous, she shows restraint and she allows them to shine. But, man, it's such a joy to listen to her when she knows the other vocalist is capable of going toe to toe with her and they can both go all the way.

Their voices are so perfect together because the tone is so different, but they can both sing their butts off. Two absolute powerhouse vocalists.
Tori Kelly 's voice is very soothing, calm , angelic and more agile while J HUD's own is encompassing, warm, more stronger and reaches to the depth of the soul itself. Both singers rock amazingly 💥💥💥

Omg that harmony was insane! they have very different voices although both Sopranos Tori is much lighter w/ slight feminine rasp, Jen is more of a dramatic soprano w/ a very thick and powerful voice. But the fact that they were able to blend so harmoniously w/ two different instruments is amazing. Tori's ear is incredible, similar to Brandi and Mariah.

The quality of Jennifer Hudson is that she doesn't go beyond Tori Kelly's performance, she sings with her, feels the song and gets lost in both of them.
Tori Kelly's intonation and melisma execution remain superb. Her harmony was executed so well. She understands harmonic patterns and chord progressions so so well.
