    I have had eczema since I was born and it never went away when they said it would. It was once really bad (went through everything bandages, lightbox, immunosuppressants and then biologics which worked) . I'm glad you were able to help your client's skin improve, you don't realise how much it is affecting your mental health until your skin clears up and you don't have to think about your skin before you do things.

      No, it wasn't appropriate nor necessary. She wasn't addicted to moisturizers. Did you watch the full video to see what her issues were? Moisture withdrawal wouldn't have helped with this. And I noted in the video that she had previously tried MW before working with me and it didn't help
