The bull isn't even fighting or resisting to go in the crush, he is just not moving. Shows how powerful this animals are, considering three grown man are trying to push him into the direction
He seems to have a very gentle disposition, not at all aggressive--which is fortunate, given what a freaking behemoth he is--just stubborn and able to use his sheer mass to defeat any attempts to move him when he doesn't want to move. :D

Exactly-- seen some people injured and maimed and worse from bulls. Its rare, but mostly because farmers are pretty common sense and edit: _sp_-no- = know what they are doing.

Well done Graeme and team for getting that Big Boy sorted. He looked to be almost as big as the Charolais Bull I knew many, many years ago at Light Ash farm where with the famers permission I used to fish the river that ran through it and help him with pest control. Old Bill was the Bulls name, built like a tank but as placid as anything when he wasn't in with his ladies! He had been halter trained when he was younger but just got too big. He actually put a farm hand in hospital with broken ribs simply by falling asleep and leaning on the hand who was stuck between him and the shed wall at the time. 🤔.

It will never not be funny to me how with cows it's "the two of us got a few hundred cows in no problem" and with bulls it's "the two of us and the whole farm team and some heavy machinery and the military tried to get one bull in and we barely made it"

We had a big Angus bull that was 2,700 pounds and we had to make a special place to work on his feet. Fortunately, he did not need to use it but once and that was enough. You handled this bull very well, nice work.

These huge, beautiful bulls, really are their own worst enemy. The sheer size & weight, is incredible. It feels like they need a bigger, slightly modified crush to fit them, hold & support them & avoid the issues with their heads. Because those hooves work so very much harder, they need you to care for them even more.
I have always enjoyed your videos even though I am a 73year old woman. The nearest way that I come to cows is spreading butter on my toast but I might be a bit too invested in the hoof GP. I halved my avocado,looked at one half and thought, that looks like a white line defect. Do you think I’m obsessed?
