We wanted to run it by you to see if maybe we are asking the wrong questions. We were informed that due to the zoning of our residence (RC residential here) we cannot operate a business of any kind. This seem to basically destroy the Cottage Food Law in our county unless you happen to live in a mobile home. Does that sound right?
Under cottage food laws, can I sell bread products to a bed and breakfast if they don’t resell the product, but offer it to their guests? Thank you for your helpful info!

Under CFO I read that you can only sell in your state line. Not in another state.
