    Hi guy’s !
    Good to see you in Canada again; loved the little back and forth between you both about the proper/correct information on the signs 😂 ( we do the same thing) and that Goog ice cream sunday looked decadently delicious 😋 !
    Safe travels!

    Oh my gosh - a Customs Phone! We had to use one in San Diego when we sailed back up from Mexico! I love your enthusiasm in everything you see and come across. Awwww the pups.

    Enjoyed your video and loved the Muskie. My husband and son were muskie fisherman here in Missouri. Our son won second place in 1982 in the Junior divison.

    Hello! We were randomly searching you tube for new rv shows last night and came across your delightful 3 month stay on Mexico. As we thoroughly enjoyed that video, we searched more of your channel tonight, and low and behold, you had been in our own town of Kenora! Thanks for sharing your awesome video of our beautiful home town! We are delighted that you stopped in to explore! Happy travels. We have subscribed and are looking forward to following your adventures!

      Love that you found us AND we've visited your hometown of Kenora! This year is an epic road trip to all 51 US National Parks in the lower 48, but hopefully next year we can return to explore more of Canada and your area. A lot was still closed in Western Ontario back in 2021, so we kind of need a do over! Thanks for watching and we're so glad you're along for the journey! 👍 -Howard

    The named dolls in the bottle house would probably be the Dionne Quintuplets. Fascinating and yet sad story. Love your videos!

    Kenora is very beautiful. I love the bottle house, so cool!! Tugboats are the best,and yes,I also would act like a pirate on it.haha. Wow,that bridge was narrow, no room for error for sure. Hello to the puppies,waiting for your next adventure.Take care 💕🇨🇦

    Thanks for the nice video of Kenora! Just subscribed. When I was growing up we had a cottage near Wade (Minaki) Ontario, called Fox Lake, and we used to go into Kenora once a week to get supplies. Kenora has changed over the years but I've always loved it. I recognized quite a few of the places in your video. The BDI ice cream you had, had it's beginnings in Winnipeg it is Winnipeg's most famous Ice Cream store. Keep on trekking and I'll keep on watching!

    • @NewstateNomads
      @NewstateNomads  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks, Debbie! Exactly right, BDI is still based out of Winnipeg and now they have this mobile truck that typically travels between various festivals. That shake was absolutely incredible! We're so glad you found us and are along for the journey! 👍 -Howard

    I think the 5 babies with names in the glass bottle doll house are the Dionne quints. Missed that spot on our trip out East in 2008! Have to go again. Love following along with you.

    What was not to like? I just dream away and sit on the back seat enjoying the countryside, the bits of 'researched' information LOL, and can only imagine the flavors of the food. Was surprised to see the Elf house named as such with gnomes everywhere- hmm! I have elves and take them traveling, they don't look like gnomes. Happy travels, keep laughing and looking forward to the next video. I bet it's chillier now though, where ever you are! 🙏 🇳🇱 🙋‍ 🇳🇿

    Thanks for this! New Yorker traveling Canada, in Minneapolis now. I started from where my work finished in TX and went down to Zacatecas, going up to Alaska via car. It's 4,500 miles. So the distance from Central Mexico to Central Alaska is about the same distance east to west in Canada

      Wow, quite the adventures! We've traveled through central and eastern Mexico (check our very first YT episodes, we were still learning our format, lol) and then up to Alaska 2x. Any favorite stops along your travels? Hope you'll continue on the journey with us! 👍 -Howard

    Personally, I thought the Ontario welcome sign was more metro. It looks like the sign for a 1960's motor lodge.

      Hi Alain!! So glad you found us. 😊 That is so exciting that you're going full-time next year! Congrats! We were on a tight timeline on our latter half of our Canadian road trip, so we didn't get to explore all that we wanted but we'll definitely be back one day soon! -Katelyn

    I am curious, does the MH have sufficient power when you tow the CRV up and down thru the mountains? I believe the newer Navions have more horsepower.

    Kenora is a horrible place to live or visit basically keep taking the bypass so you don’t have to deal with the drug addicts and crazy locals that are rude to everyone not from there

      @@NewstateNomads I honestly think that you are lying to everyone and didn’t show what this hell hole truly had to offer i didn’t see you show any of the needles all over the streets or anything if you’re putting out content maybe be true to the city and what actually goes on here. This is a small town with big city problems other city’s in this country can hide the drugs and needles and there homeless but in kenora it’s all 10x worse because the city doesn’t care cause they only care about people like you that’ll put out a nice video to make it look like there drug invested city will look good. So good for you for lying to everyone on TH-cam and saying you had a “amazing” time here cause no one says that about this place unless you did the drugs to then good on you!😅

    • @NewstateNomads
      @NewstateNomads  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Didn't see the needles on the ground 🤷🏻‍♂️ and no one paid us for saying nice things. I am sorry to hear about the drug problems in Kenora, and as you say, many cities and towns around the world struggle with similar. Discouraging people from visiting your town is not the answer, and certainly doesn't help employment and businesses who rely on tourism. - Howard
