Every discussions on jobless growth should be replaced by education in India. One cannot hold degree from Pappu Lal college of engineering and cry about no jobs. If any section which needs a disruption, it's education system. Pass the HECI bill, give them autonomy based on their performance, check the mushrooming of substandard institutions and update the syllabus for God's sake. We cannot afford to miss the train for the 4th industrial revolution at any cost. Period.
