If I had then sure. I think Jeep has the right dimensions, it may be smaller in comparison to Harrier but as an off-road vehicle, anything bigger than what it presently is, would create problems when you take it out on an off-road terrain. Jeep has a better turning radius.

Also on the 4x4 option looks good to read but in reality its not much useful as most of the ppl buying these cars are using it for city drive and not going off roading. I have driven Jeep Compass for almost 6 months and now i have the XZ+ cameo edition of the harrier, and hands down tata harrier driving experience is much better than the jeep compass. Get a petrol car anyday. If your use is more than 1000 kms every month then only it makes sense to get diesel. Its upto you if you want barebones compass or fully loaded harrier. PS : harrier is only on sale in diesel.
Your running is less petrol is considered , but compass longitude not worth it , it’s better go for the hector hybrid top model in that range , much bigger spacious car with a better mileage giving engine as compared to Jeep petrol and 100x more features than compass longitude

Hey people i have both the suvs , and we have to commute weekly from gorakhpur to rajsthan , what i feel as a user
1) jeep may have 4*4 bt its hardly used
2) jeep feel more luxurious bt 5 people dont feel comfort .
3 ) the touch screen lag of harrier needs to be improved
4) practical features that a person generaly uses is present in harrier ,
5 its 50 times more comfortable as its bigger in size
6 comanding position in harrier feels better due to massive windshield
7 ) jeep compas feels more like a crossover 😅 i never feel that suv substance ( varies per person )
My father is a pcs officer (cto) thats why we never faced any problem regarding tata service which is the most important concern , and most of the customers are not satisfied with service where as jeep service is bettr then tata and also costlier .
Being an Indian most important thing harrier is more value for money then compas . Bt if money isnt concern go for compas

Compass will never let you down. But can not say the same thing for Harrier

But be aware bro because harrier is bigger than compass and has more space than the compass 👍🙏 but features is what harrier lacks and 4x4 too 🙄
@@arunkumarsinha2268 yes I know that harrier seems to be bigger than compass but spending almost 24-25 lakhs on harrier worth not 4 by 4 or features doesn't seem to be a good option. I can get a 4 by 4 compass in that range easily....

Get a petrol car anyday.
If your use is more than 1000 kms every month then only it makes sense to get diesel.
Its upto you if you want barebones compass or fully loaded harrier.
PS : harrier is only on sale in diesel.

Your running is less petrol is considered , but compass longitude not worth it , it’s better go for the hector hybrid top model in that range , much bigger spacious car with a better mileage giving engine as compared to Jeep petrol and 100x more features than compass longitude
Tata harier will be more relaiable and premium in the price point
What is crash test rating of both cars?
Compass 5 star in global, Euro,latin and many more. Harrier hasn't been tested

you are comparing JEEP which is super expensive compared to harrier which is around 7 lakh cheaper that jeep compass. I guess you should compare the car at the same price point and then give a verdict

How can u compare tue quality of 2 cars top-end variant who have a price difference of approx 9 lacs in them.
Even if I take the 4x2 top-end S variant it's 4lac costlier than the harrier. U give the harrier to a good modifier and pay 2 lacs approx and u will get a product that would be miles apart from the current variant.

Tata harrier is my dream
Jeep Compass is lil bit costly. But tata harrier’s engine is noisy. So engine is drawback of Harrier. Jeep Longitude diesel is best choice. Harrier looks so bulky. Jeep Compass has perfect size for every purpose , for city driving as well as highway use. Comparing Jeep Compass with Tata Harrier is like comparing iPhone with a giant Oppo phone. Jeep compass feels classy where as TATA’s logo itself feels down market
