newsflash: at many higher learning academys, student /teacher (TA) romance is not uncommon
He doesn’t really seem to care about the women, just himself.
I still like Franco despite what people say.
I do too
Woah, I didn't expect to see this 👀🍿
I want to believe him . It’s hard to tell if he is being genuine or not . I do see a lot of shrugging which to me comes off as “oh well” .
He did nothing wrong, those young women would've been chasing him around, they got what they wanted.
Exactly!!!
@@danielhill9080 … what a disgusting sick fucking comment. Acting like you were there. We’ll never know the truth.
The fact that he stepped away for so long makes me more willing to believe him
@@jillmayer9501 The fact that he never acknowledges what he actually did is a huge red flag. The extent of the misconduct and assault allegations against him is what he's still trying to sweep under the rug. Don't fall for it.
He is being very honest
It's about time! Can't wait to see him in movies again.
No one's gonna touch him.
@@freedomm Except young girls (joke)
@@freedomm eh I doubt that. cancel culture is coming to an end. get used to looking away or changing the channel instead of crying on the internet.
@@freedomm Kevin Spacey got trashed 6 years ago for bigger crimes and nowadays is doing movies in other countries. Being cancelled is nothing other than time-limited consequences
@@TheSecondBeef Bigger crimes? No. Kevin Spacey harassed, but didn't rape anyone. Franco is done. Even Seth Rogen has disowned him. And don't think he limited himself to college girls.
"Personal and professional sexual exploitation in the name of education" is not illegal and not necessarily "exploitation" either. Sex between consenting adults is called an affair, not exploitation, or at least the exploitation runs both ways. Third wave feminists would have you believe women are innocent wallflowers with no personal agency.
wish he’d do more movies
This guy isn't being genuine at all and anyone who has seen what James Franco has done would know that. What really got me is how he says, "it was not a sex scene class, it was about the romantic experiences they have as young people like meeting on dating apps etc.," JAMES FRANCO USED HIS PRIVILEGE AND THE INTERNET TO TALK TO UNDERAGE GIRLS (on top of everything else) AND THEN HE SAYS THATS WHAT YOUNG PEOPLE DO...... he has taken no accountability and was not honest for a moment in this interview. He is clearly scared and wanted to do an interview with a man first of all. Ewwwwwwwww.
Ewwww and he says "but" after everything like he hasn't learned any manners in his whole entire life.
Nailed it
@@komafibre Lol trying to claim he is only teaching young girls what young people do. How about he focuses on what creepy older guys like himself do... oh wait, that would have to be on a Netflix documentary haha He's an idiot.
Everyone deserves a second chance. What he did was wrong, but we’re all human and atleast he owned up to his wrong doing’s🙌🏽
Why would he do that? Coming up with your own class in a Ivy League University and calling it “sex scenes” proves that you’re not qualified to teach. It’s also extremely creepy cause he’s stepping into a place he knows he has power over young people.
Where can we watch the full interview?
It's divided into parts
Come on, its james franco, all the girls were lined up. Hes never had to go find someone.
Hello beautiful damsel ❤️ how are you doing
@@jamesfranco1430 lol
Look. It’s not about the “power” of being famous. Any guy who looks like that would have women throwing themselves at him anywhere he goes, famous or not.
Those women did it too. He is a predator....but they would do anything for become in famous
i'm so confused so it was consensual according to him, whats all the fuss?
less he's lying which could be the case too.
I think we just need to stop assuming we know people, positive or negative, stop treating people like they can't do any bad and stop treating people like they are monsters if they do slip up.
I don't care about anything else. I just like him.
He's a creep
Wish i was that student
For everyone saying it was a consensual relationship and that he should face no repercussions. Absolutely not! They're is a huge power dynamic, not only as a teacher but also as a huge movie star. It's just inappropriate
Thats just stupid. You’re basically saying that famous people should never sleep with non famous people because there is a huge power dynamic. No those girls are adults and wanted to have sex with him. They only regretted it later on because they realized they could make a huge story from this and get their 15 mins of fame because he’s James Franco.
He ruined his career just when it was about to go to the next level. Wasted years he'll never get back. At least Kevin Spacey had already done most of this best work.
He's still rich tho
@@Stinkmeaner420 Do you watch actors for their money? So weird.
@@freedomm no, I don't. I'm just saying in the grand scheme of things, his life is sorted. Even if he never makes another blockbuster again, he has probably already made more money than either of us will make in our entire lives. And if he's smart at investing, he won't have to work another day in his life, so yeah his career may be wasted, but he's still rich
@@Stinkmeaner420 Yeah, but if he was content he wouldn't be making this ill-advised attempt to rehabilitate his image. He obviously misses the spotlight. Also, Franco wasn't known for making blockbusters. Most of his movies, that weren't being headlined by bigger stars, flopped.
Im still kinda bummed he didnt show up in spiderman no way home 😔
Took lots of humulity to pull that off. I applaud Franco. No one was hurt making love.... Don't cancel him out.
It’s not wrong to sleep with students. Maybe frowned upon in a formal point of view, but in logic there is nothing wrong
Uh...it is wrong...
@@darkchiefReborn how?
@@baronzemo457 So your telling me there's nothing wrong at all with fucking your students in your school? Do you know how many teachers got put in jail for that?
@@darkchiefReborn were they minors?
@@RamiroEloy1997 It doesn't matter, they were still his students and he made advances towards them, for all we know some could of been under 18? Which makes it worse.
James Franco is still a great actor after all
So weird for a young, famous, good-looking guy to use any advantage he can to get laid. I’ve never heard of a guy doing anything like this before. He should be strung up just for being so unusual.
Hello beautiful damsel ❤️ how are you doing
Palo Alto is a book wrote for him , is very interesting to discover it.
It's one thing for Harvey Weinstein but it's a different thing when it comes to Johnny Depp or James Franco for that matter cuz both careers got ended by women it's fucking bullshit
He sounds like he's always trying to excuse himself. The vibe says "It's okay *now* because it was *in the past*"
Better to be open about it and discuss it than hide in a hole forever.
More people need to be aware of narcissism. ..
Love James ,great actor , I believe in him ,and all should be forgiven , let him move forward xx
Amen! It's life
If some random dude out of LA said he had an acting school that includes a course called “Sex scenes” everyone would at the very least raise an eyebrow. Since he is a beloved household actor, it doesn’t sound creepy at all. It’s all about who does it, dude.
Two consenting adults🤷♂️ , sjw crybabies are so tiresome bruh
I would love to attend James Francos class!!!!!! C'mon !!!!!! James come to Europe
the thing with allegations is that anyone can accuse someone of something. even ronan farrow who covered the story of harvey weinstein and helped the women who had been sexually harrased by him said that he doesnt automatically believe in survivors of sexual assault, but he NEEDS TO listen to their experiences. it makes more sense since we dont know who’s at fault here and listening to them is still better than victim blaming.
Gotta love his choice of words, "I guess, probably, I suppose...".
He should've gone on Howard Stern show instead. This guy is just ok
He is a great listener in my opinion...
Wait what, is Stern still on?!
It really just seems like our society is increasingly mad at men who have sex outside of marriage. Married men are like, if my life sucks, then your life has to suck too!
The apologetics in this comments thread gives me chills
It's gross.
Hate it.
Go cry somewhere
If it was consensual, then it was consensual. What really needs to be discussed is how women prey upon rich and powerful men, only to then turn the tables and try to sue or extort them. We live in strange times. Anyone can cry anything and the firing squad shoots first, asks questions never. Egg shell floors. It's revenge for our fathers sins.
