She has 3 mega performances to give in the next few weeks - including in front of the King, and in the US alongside some of the greats assembled by David Foster - then She's on tour in the UK early next year. She is on her way - her Way -
Also, if you want more emotion with power listen to her renditions of Believer and Gone Under not to mention the wonderful version of Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. It will take you all the way back to the 40s with her beautiful voice and jazzy resonance. She is real, she is genuine and no I'm not related. Just a huge fan.

She reminds me of Shirley Bassey, has the power of Whitney Houston, shares some of the qualities of Celine Dion, Liza Minnelli, Judy Garland and Barbra Streisand. Your words also reminded me of the many reaction videos. They also compare her voice to many artists from the past and present! I also heard a lot of adjectives and the inevitable "speechless". On October 4th, the 1st Album (My Way) was released and can be heard here on You Tube and the usual channels. On Amazon, the CD version is out of stock. However, to get to know Sydnie Christmas better, I strongly recommend that you watch the 1st audition with the cover Tomorrow by Annie. As for the female version of "My Way" I know Shirley Bassey's - (1987 Live in Berlin).

On BGT, her fabled "last chance," she had to perform as Sydnie, not as some character in a musical theater performance. As Sidney, she finally gave herself permission to sing out.

Lucy Thomas, a fellow Brit, and Loren Allred from the USA. Loren also happens to be Sydnie’s idol. After you catch up with Sydnie, look to these 2 for more generational voices.

I heard Shirley Bassey in her voice too. My analogy is a 'formula one' voice with precision, power and the looks, I mean, thats world class delivery.
