Het verschil tussen de Ifly en de PMDG is dat je met de Ifly op 90% van de knopjes kan drukken. Met de PMDG kan je op alle knopjes drukken. Ik zelf vind ook dat het geluid van de PMDG realistischer klinkt dan die van de Ifly. Ik heb zelf nog een paar dagen geleden in een B737-800 van Transavia gezeten van Heraklion naar Schiphol en het echte geluid klinkt precies het zelfde als het geluid van de PMDG. En weer een goede video trouwens. Ook een mooie zachte landing.
incredible landing, the gpws call 50-40-30-20-10 in less then 0,001 second but the landing was absolutly perfect veeeery smooth..incredible very well done man! hope to see some video on the aerosft airbus or in the b747 pmdg or ifly
Super. De nadering doet me denken aan een incident dat Neos had in Bristol een paar jaar geleden. Maar zij maakte niet zo’n goede beslissing als jij en probeerde toch binnen te komen in brs met een rnav approach. Lukte niet en vervolgens verprutste ze de missed approach. Groet

Hello, very nice video. Your amazing VATSIM videos are absolutely the most useful materials for beginning VATSIM pilot (at least for me). I would have still a question. Could you write me if it is possible to set the time of flight in FMC? It is for me very big riddle because it will be calculate automatically and I have then always longer flight time than the real flight (in FR24). I can of course manually preset speeds at each waypoint in legs page but it is not correct and very laborious procedure and I have forgotten to ask real world pilot when I had the opportunity. How airline pilots (or airline flight operations centre) can attain that their flight will take for example NO 60 but exactly 50 minutes due to the flight schedule or in case of transoceanic flights for example NO 11 hours but 9 hours. Is it connected to cost index? Thank you very much for your answer and for all your videos. And could you at some time in the future fly also to LKTB? Travel service operate many flights here... :)) David, CZ.
Thank you! It is connected to a lot of things. Flight plan and flight rarely exactly match up. What is important is to have the same wind data, same cost index and the same altitude as in your flight plan. So in general, there are my factors that can influence the flight time. Flight crews sometimes adjust the cost index if they see they are running late. They will burn more fuel, but can catch up some time ;)
Congratulations on upgrading to P3D.......You must be loving the improvements graphically and with performance. Two quick questions: 1. Did you craft a tiller out of a Logitech joystick? If so....I'd love to see it 2. Jack Daniels? You drinking and flying again?
Thank you! Yes, it's just the (unmodified) logitech joystick and the Z-axis is assigned to the steering tiller through FSUIPC. I don't think there is a default assignment within FS for the steering tiller. And yes, that's a Jack Daniels bottle :D. I'm falling back into drinking and flying ;). Well, that bottle has been empty for quite a while, it's just a piece of desk decoration now ;).
I have a problem with the setting. I Saitek Rhino x55 and PREPARE 3d. As the plane takes off at the airport to turn the right page and when it rises strongly to the left side. I do not know where is the error settings if you can help me?

:D. 1: via een werkkleding website, epaullettes zijn via aviationmegastore.com. 2: je koopt een prepar3d license en dan is het gewoon een kwestie van downloaden en installeren net als elk ander "spel" , dat is niet zo moeilijk ;).
Awesome video! I think that it gets much more easier and realistic if you buy EZDOK for p3d, it will make the view panning much easier and you can also make custom views in the cockpit!
Haha even de reacties doorlezen, klopt het toch dat je een Nederlander bent, had namelijk al zo'n vermoeden. Is dit hoe je moet communiceren op vadsim? Is ben namelijk nieuw op vatsim en soms kan ik niet weg omdat ik geen goede readback heb. Voor de rest een geweldige video!

Thank you! Yes I know about it, but I never like doing such stuff via the FMC because you have to enter a pushback distance and you are never really sure what distance you have to go. So I rather do it manually and stop the push at the right moment ;)

Yes I'm thinking about it. Although I liked AES by Aerosoft in FS2004 better, so I'm kind of hoping some new about AES's Prepar3D development comes out before thinking about getting GSX. GSX might be less accurate at some airports (when it comes to pushbacks) while AES accurately simulates the actual pushback procedures (like with multiple turns etc.) at airports.
Your true with that statement. Aerosoft doesnt seem like they are working on any new AES version. They are too busy with Aerosoft CRJ and A330. But we will see. (Also on Aerosoft airports it works compeletely fine, only though that the jetways used in old aersoft sceneries need aes)

Hallo Bert, over welke UK2000 scenery heb je het precies en welke simulator? Meestal moet je alsnog addon sceneries zelf toevoegen in de scenery library.
It doesn't matter which VATSIM server you pick because they are all connected. But pick the one that has the lowest ping and which is close to your location. E.g., don't pick USA if you live in Europe.
AviationPro I know there are, but Sometimes other VATSIM pilots could have different liveries. And WOAI doesnt or can be buggy at times and no show correct liveries. Besides, making a video about it would be helpful to new Pilots that are new to the VATSIM Community or FSX/P3D. Aswell as it would attract more people to your channel. :-) But, keep up the good work :)
Can you recommend any tutorials? I don't even know how to fly in FSX. I have a joystick and want to fly on VATSIM, but I want to know how to set up aircraft and how to fly. Any help?

Hi, yes I know about that, but in this case for a face to the east a straight pushback was enough ;). I'm already using some sounds of that sound pack, including the trim sounds.
You start lower down in GA aircraft and work up. Go get the book Microsoft Simulator for pilots. It teaches you all this from the basics to this kind of flying with advanced aircraft.
It is to let the pilot client show the correct aicraft model and livery based on what the other pilots use as airplane and airline on the VATSIM network.
Every time I go onto Vatsim I always seem to get bad audio from other pilots and the ATC, does anyone else get this problem or is it just me? I would appreciate some help if you can, thx 😊
Unfortunately that's part of VATSIM. Some controllers are easily understood, while others use very poor microphones or have poor connections which distorts the audio even further. It's best to buy a good quality headset and if needed disable the VHF simulation by your pilot client.

Thank you! I build this one myself. I used some parts from others' PCs or old PCs here and there so I managed to keep it at around 700 euros.

quick question: does the yoke move in real life when ap is on or stay the same place when changing heading
+Sumania Yokes will always move when AP is on, only the sidesticks in Airbus aircraft don't move in that case ;)

GSX might be less accurate at some airports (when it comes to pushbacks) while AES accurately simulates the actual pushback procedures (like with multiple turns etc.) at airports.
Your true with that statement. Aerosoft doesnt seem like they are working on any new AES version. They are too busy with Aerosoft CRJ and A330. But we will see. (Also on Aerosoft airports it works compeletely fine, only though that the jetways used in old aersoft sceneries need aes)

It doesn't matter which VATSIM server you pick because they are all connected. But pick the one that has the lowest ping and which is close to your location. E.g., don't pick USA if you live in Europe.

AviationPro I know there are, but Sometimes other VATSIM pilots could have different liveries. And WOAI doesnt or can be buggy at times and no show correct liveries. Besides, making a video about it would be helpful to new Pilots that are new to the VATSIM Community or FSX/P3D. Aswell as it would attract more people to your channel. :-)

Hi, yes I know about that, but in this case for a face to the east a straight pushback was enough ;). I'm already using some sounds of that sound pack, including the trim sounds.

I muted the ATC sounds in the Prepar3D sounds menu and disabled all in-sim notifications.

You start lower down in GA aircraft and work up. Go get the book Microsoft Simulator for pilots. It teaches you all this from the basics to this kind of flying with advanced aircraft.

Every time I go onto Vatsim I always seem to get bad audio from other pilots and the ATC, does anyone else get this problem or is it just me? I would appreciate some help if you can, thx 😊
Unfortunately that's part of VATSIM. Some controllers are easily understood, while others use very poor microphones or have poor connections which distorts the audio even further. It's best to buy a good quality headset and if needed disable the VHF simulation by your pilot client.

Not sure what's happening there, but I don't have AES anymore since I'm using Prepar3D for which it isn't compatible.
