If I use a Canva pro account, and design template using Premium/Pro for create font, elements (which just only can with Pro account), and sharing the link for my customer. Could they access them and change their text as well as elements similar which I used? Hope you will answer, thank you!
Hi there! Yes, your customer will have access to everything you have included in your template. Also, they will not need the pro version themselves in order to edit. Hope that helps!

I've always wondered why people remove the images they display in the thumbnail of their etsy products on the actual templates? And if im using a pro elements, will the customer with free account be able to use it as well? Same goes for my own uploaded font, since the customer wouldn't have the exact font in their pc? @@SandraDi Hi Sandra. Will they be able to use my downloaded commercially available fonts if they don’t download them themselves? I have a Canvas Pro account. I had to change all my fonts to downloaded ones as I initially felt I could use the fonts in Canva for my media kit template.

I'm so glad you're enjoying my content and it means a lot that it's inspiring you! :) It's a little difficult to see what's happening on your end without seeing a screen recording but are you highlighting the entire word or phrase and clicking on the link icon? That should work just fine. Otherwise can you explain your steps? If it's too complex, you can also contact Canva directly because they are very fast and helpful with their responses :)
