Hi Willie, thanks for the video, since you have touched Calling permissions, i think it's worth mentioning " Source Caller ID" filter. I find it a bit easier than permission level. now again its just could be me. regards

To specify a Thrunk to a specific extension
Exemple: "thrunk2" the only extention can make call from it is "EXTENTION-BOSS"

i have a issue in calling permission in our company we have teaboys number which we assign them for only internal calls. but they receivig calls from outside the office what will be the solution for this.

Can i force a extension to use a particular trunk for outbound routes? I woudl like to setup a phone with two accounts that call out with different trunks and/or have independent caller ID info without having to use dialing prefixes.

Hi. Yes. It can be done on any UCM. We have done it on UCM 6202 for all our outbound calls. Any local call would be through our local service provider. Any International number would be through another VoIP service provider. This helps us reduce the international call cost to a fraction.
