    1) 911, test it! when answered say you are testing your PBX. Do not hang up, you will get a callback or a visit.
    2) I added XXXX I live in a small town and we only have one exchange
?? how do you inbound a route based on the caller ID? I have a few area codes that are only work-related. I would like for them to route to my desk, ring out, then ring the house.

The second box: so after your number in the inbound route _18885551212 there is another box after it _17775551234. Then you route it to your desk.
This would say when the person who's number is 1-777-555-1234 calls you using 1-888-555-1212 it will route to your desk.

I have a working UCM 6202 on my network, I just added an analog gsm gateway last week. After configuring the outbound rule we can call out of the network via the gsm sim card in the gsm gateway. While configuring the inbound rule I noticed the the "pattern dialog box" is greyed out. So when you call the gsm number on your mobile phone it rings but the call is not transferred into the IP network. Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue. Thank you

    Hello,
I've a SIP-Trunk with 2 numbers. How can I select one of the numbers on the Outbound Route. It always takes the first one.
    Thank you

Found it. Can be done with DOD. The problem is to use the right format of the DOD Number.
