    This is very good stuff. Please have more of these webinars. I would like to see one that explains the SIP settings on the UCM 👍

    Thanks for the presentation. Im quite new to PBX world and i want to know that when i setup the UCM, do i have to change the IP Address to be in the range of the router together with the phones?

    Thanks! For static defense, is there a way to block an ip range, or can we only block the specific IP?

      Hi Andrew,
      Thanks for reaching out! Static Defense provides the option to block a single IP address or a group of IP addresses using the subnet mask. For example, 192.168.10.0/24 will block all IP addresses in the range of 192.168.10.0 to 192.168.10.255.

    So will setting the RTP keep alive to 1 make it so you do not have to do port forwarding on ports 10000-20000 for remote users ? I setup a remote user, then configured the RTP timeout to 1, and disabled port forwarding, but still not sound ? Is there another setting that need to be configured that I am unaware of ?
