Do you know why a GXP1450 wouldn’t create or send a Config File from a UCM? All other phones ok and upload fine apart from 2 1450’s… no time stamp when uploading ?
My "model template package list" is not showing up. My device has internet my trunk is connected fine. Any other things I can try? I am also on the latest firmware.
You can batch upload lines into ZeroConfig via csv template, but you can't download it. It would be nice if you could. In fact it will be nice to have opportunity to backup and restore whole ZeroConfig configuration with all policies and templates. Recently I was transferring config from 6202 to 6510 (restore 62xx backups to 6510 isn't allowed it'll great to have that possibility even if not all settings are possible to restore, actually 62xx and 6510 are only different in High Availability settings) and I was have to enter whole ZeroConfig settings along with hundred phone information manually.

Sorry about the late response! Have you tried using Zero Config > Model Update to download the needed template?
It was long pending video....Its Very good and needed one, While Inputting P value, P should be in CAPS
