    А huge thank you for the professional presentation of the technical components of the tire !!!
    I'm a fan of Motoz!
    Already twice bought tractionator desert 90 100 21, + 150 70 17 gps - for your handsome f 800 gs. phenomenally long travel time !!!
    Now I want to buy an enduro s t. Thank you !
    Great work !

      Thank you for watching. Motoz are fantastic! The GPS is a great tire for long mileage, that is for sure! I really like this Enduro ST... If you end up running it, I'd love to hear your findings.

    Im a bit confused as are ST tires hard compounds? in soft terrain i thought you wanted knobs to dig and not deform.
    Im running anIT on my 450 and want more grip thats still

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  ปีที่แล้ว

      It is a bit confusing. Some tire manufacturers so it different too. Gummy tires for example work best on rocks and things which would be a Hard Terrain and the knows are super soft and squishy. VS... the Desert HT which has knobs like steel to last in the desert.

    I'm giving Motoz a second chance with the S/t I have the I/T on my Ktm 500 amd never really liked the way it felt. Strange loose feelings and no grip in different situations (nothing specific about the area) I'm hoping the S/t I just bought from Slavens is going to solve those issues. Other then a couple issues these are great wearing tires never chunked one or really hurt it in anyway threw all different terrains

    Interesting. In one part of the video he states that the tire is directional based on weather demands (one direction works better in the dry, the other direction in the wet/mud). Later on he states that you can have (in essence) a new tire by reversing the tire, thereby "doubling" the life of the tire. This doesn't quite make sense to me.
    I bought a Tractionator Enduro S/T front tire for my 790R (I have a smaller rim installed to accommodate more dirt oriented tires) based on recommendations from others. I watched your video because of that and I was curious as to the channels content and potential value.

      Thanks for watching. If you run the tire in the reverse direction “opposite of the climate wet or dry) you typically run in you will have maybe at most a 10% loss of traction as compared to what you are used to having. Some have run the tire and have reported not noticing a difference in traction. As explained the center lugs are identical, it’s the side lugs that differ and offer different bites in different terrain conditions. Hope that clears it up. Cheers - Kyle

    I have a question if you don’t mind my asking I put front and rear tusk dsport adventure knobbies on my superdualx is all the crawling around on the street normal I’m at street pressure and it crawls around pretty good worse over 60 and they are balanced. Thanks for any help or advice. Do the tractionators act the same?

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some knobbies are worse than others... your SWM should take a set of Adventure type tires though, not Dirt Bike tires as it weighs close to 400 lbs. The Tusk dsport adventure knobbies are probably not up to the task even though the numbers on the sidewall say they are good to go...

    I'm running these on my tenere 700. I did swap my rear rim to a 18x2.50 and added a bead lock(18psi rear 22psi front). These tires absolutely transform the offroad capabilities of the t7. After 1200km the rear is half worn, front barely looks worn at all. 60-70% of my riding is in dirt. Road handling is pretty terrible, but you get use to it.

      I see that this feedback is posted ca year ago. How would U rate those tires now, looking back? I have searched hard and finally found one person that runs true enduro tires on T7. All the rest run max "adventure" type. But i am also interested in technical trails rather than "normal". And my T7 World Raid will arrive soon. So, i am thinking.... Michelin Trackers, Michelin Enduro Mediums or these Motoz Enduro S/T's. Thing is that my rim is original.... how critical is to get narrower rim.... Can you comment that also? Because, what i have heard is that if pressure is not too low - original rim works just as fine. Thanks!

      @gonna_try_anyway7047 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sulevlipp I still use the tractionator s/t front, but switched to the tractionator i/t rear. Traction feels the same as the S/T but it lasts twice as long. I find them so good that I'd likely only change to a different tire if they stopped making these.

    I'm curious how the dv front tire could work with the IT rear on a klx250? Love my Rallz but shopping for the klx combo now.. Thanks Kyle, the insights have been helpful, & true👍

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Happy to be of assistance. The DV is a solid tire and my Full Detailed Breakdown will be coming soon after I run it on my 1190 Adv R (following the reversal). On the 250 I would recommend the S/T in the front and the I/T in the rear. The DV is overkill for your little 250. Now on the KLR, it will be a perfect tire.

      I like the concept of the bidirectional tires.. the dry/wet could be flipped for the two seasons where I live, & it'd be a 6 month switch, perfect.. and yessir, looking forward to hearing more about the dv too.. thanks again 🤙

    Very interesting!...I'm close to have to change tires on my 2017 KTM Freeride 350, but the OE ones are trial type (2.75R21-4.00R18), not sure what size that will be...90/100R21-120/90R18 ?.

      @@manybikes great!, do you think the 120/100R18 will fit the rear?

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      A 4.00x18 measures out to roughly 102/95-18 but this will vary from mfg to mfg and from model to model. It's really more of an "indication" of size rather than an actual size. That said, a 110/100-18 will be about 8mm wider and roughtly the same height as your current tires.

      @@manybikes That's good, but according to MOTOZ website, those Xtreme Hybrid Gummy tires are all tube type (maybe I'm wrong)...I prefer the tubeless tires

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rodrigofabregas7756 Hummm... The Maxxix tires are "tubeless tires" meaning they can be run on bikes which have tubeless rims. Your Freeride does have a tubes in the wheels and yes the Motoz Xtreme Hybrid is a Tube Type tire which will work perfect on your Freeride.

    Hey Kyle, great and super helpful review and your replies in the comments sections of your videos provide a lot of good info as well. Looking for a good tire combo for my klx230s and xr250r. The terrain I deal with is very muddy fire trails and single trails, wet grass and occasional rocks and shallow river bed crossing. 10% highway. I ride alot, couple of 100kms a week. What would you recommend for my front and rear?

    • @manybikes
      @manybikes  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for watching! The Enduro ST would be a great choice for what you are describing. I have ridden it on my KTM 450 exc and loved it. A tire I have not tired but would love to is the The XTREME HYBRID. Its a 15% Road - 85% Off-Road and it is the most aggressive DOT tire in the Hybrid range. Suited to extreme conditions, the Xtreme hybrid provides serious straight-line drive for those soft hill climbs and muddy bogs. Traction characteristics of a trials tire, with the dimensions of a serious off-road enduro tire to maintain the bike’s handling characteristics in mud, sand, and a wide variety of technical single track terrain. It is DOT rated and it's reversible.

    • @jmubaraki
      @jmubaraki ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@manybikes thanks for the reply. I was eyeballing the Extreme Hybrid, but from what I've read they are a heavy tire and more suited for big adventure bikes rather than 250cc dual sports. what are your thoughts on that?
      Also, the extreme Hybrid comes with two options: standard compound and Ultra Soft Gummy BFM compound. which of these would best suit my needs with the mud I'll be going through?

    • @manybikes
