Me too. I think it’s more for trap and hip hop production…. I think people who use those others daws, still uses midi…. Fl doesn’t really require that
Different user demographic. I'd guess FL has a younger and more bedroom producer-type user base, who may not attend an event like NAMM.

And here I am having used Sonar Cakewalk since 2010. I'm slowly moving over to Cubase, but my God I'm so used to the way Cakewalk works, even with the latest versions by Bandlab. Not sure if I should switch over.

The pocket piano is cool but, i dont tjinknit could be placed on an X or an ultimate apex keyboard stand. So it is not ideal for giging musician.

Im really surprised that REAPER never got a mention. Never had a DAW been so underrated.
I switched to REAPER 15 years ago and won´t go back.
@@antonhosinsky3090 It really doesn't get the recognition it deserves. I have been using DAWs since the very earliest inception and have used almost every make. Not one of them can touch the versatility that REAPER offers. The customisation features have saved me thousands of hours alone.

Logic CANT be the best DAW - as its not available on all platforms. thats the No 1 requirement to be "the best".... it HAS to be available for both Mac and Windows users. I like Pro tools, but I prefer Studio #One these days.

I'm taking my time to find the best DAW for me. Logic's been looking like my best option, and the poll gave me extra motivation even if it was a bunch of random musicians.
I saw the Exquis finally showed up, recognised the booth from some other coverage 💛I bought one 2 weeks ago and received it last week, it's by far my favourite midi controller I ever owned and at an insanely affordable price point for what it offers.
