NNNOOOO, not a shoe kabinet !!! But a porcelain kabinet, to put your plates, bowls, cotton napkins and sorts (in the livingroom/dining table)
TIP ; move the fridge to daily kitchen. Turn the empty nook into a bar/coffee/wine fridge nook. A 3 in 1 situation. Divide it so nice you dont know its a 3 in 1 situation.
It's still your call on how you will use that space 🙂
I think they forgot to point out that the space where the shoe cabinet is located along with the empty nooks per floor may actually be a provision for an elevator?

You mean a buffet table or curio. No. Perhaps if the niche is in the dining room. As it is in the kitchen, should be a pantry area. Honestly I don’t like the idea of a curio, used for display. A buffet is more practical imo for storage of extra dinnerware, glasses etc and they already have one or 2 in the dining.
Edit: no buffet table in the dining instead a console table. Replace with a buffet table instead. The niche with 2 ac’s on top.
The furniture cabinet that’s already there may be a pantry cabinet with adjustable shelves.

It's cabinet...kabinet is a tagalog word for cabinet.
