i don't know if this is just me, but I really love your content and I really found a few design for my dream house based on your videos. I'm a Malaysian and when I reach my the budget to build my dream house I will refer back to your videos
Thank you for showing us this beautiful house. Most of your featured houses are in Ayala Alabang that worth hundreds of millions to billions, which I understood. However, with that big amounts I think I can build my own tropical balinese inspired dream house to a not so high end village. What you think? 😊

Beautiful, absolutely spacious home. It has good bones and with some changes in furniture choices, less use of mirrors, and a more open dining area, it can be even better. It has an organic, Zen feel to it.

May creepy vibe ung house. I feel like there’s a spirit or some elemental residing.
They should remove some of the mirrors, it’s a portal to spirit world. They are placed in awkward places.

Listen you see property like that everywhere now …. Overpriced again. The problem you have in your country is that your Building these things on Lots that are way too small… The BBQ Is Crap and Look closely at the awful cheap decking and the Pool gets full of debris with being built in such a narrow area . B300.000.000 price is a Joke where do you think you are ? On the coast of California ? For that kind of money i want at least 3 acres, Long driveway , Large swimming pool inside and outside, Guesthouse, 6 Car garage, Staff accommodation , No Neighbours overlooking us. And I’m not joking.
Houses in the Philippines, especially for the Upper Middle and Upper Class really cost this much. It's been like that for years. You can definitely find the kind of house you're looking for in residential locations meant for the masses in this country.
Not justifying the prices and they definitely could have built this specific house with a higher quality, though it's also important to note that, other houses in these types of neighborhood are definitely better built. I'm just stating the reality.
Oftentimes, foreigners assume things in PH are way cheaper. But it really isn't. If you ever run into a Filipino that shops at Zara, Uniqlo, affordable luxury brands etc. chances are, they are wealthier than the average person from a first world country, cuz' those "supposedly affordable" brands are highly taxed here. They usually pay twice the original price.
That's because lots in the US and other countries are wayyy cheaper than here. If you factor the cost of living and salary of residents on each country. The consturction materials costs a lot on the US but on the philippines it's a bit cheaper that's why we can afford to have stone houses while on the US they mostly have houses made of wood.
It just means you’re not the target audience. Most wealthy people don’t mind the prices. Ayala Alabang Village is one of the luxury gated communities in the Philippines. Lol this is nothing compared to Forbes park in Makati, the minimum of buying a lot, JUST the lot there is 1 Billion pesos.
What a dumb comment you were talking about time behind prices, These house had appreciated in value overtime because it’s in one of the most exclusive villages in the Philippines probably if you see the house in forbes that’s older thathis house that cost 1.5billion php you’ll say the same thing cause you lack knowledge in real estate.
