Engi is the reason pretty much all min max horde side dps should be a troll. You pop potion of speed and your gloves at the same time to give you a very nice 850 extra haste, you think hit bezerking taking that 850 adding it to how ever much you have on gear and getting 20% extra. Now I here you say its only for 10 seconds but its not. build 5 combat points within that 10 secconds of bezerking np then snap shot your much higher than normal attack speed onto blade flurry, it gives you % of your attack speed at the time you use it extra for the duration, then you Slice nd Dice doing the same thing again. This way not only are you getting insane damage and attack speed at the very start of the fight but much higher attack speed than normal for the the next 40ish seconds via a much strong SnD. Here is the math assume you have 250 haste from gear 250+850=1100+20%=1320. That is gear + potion of speed + hyperspeed + troll bezerking. 1320 = 40% extra attack speed, so your attack speed will become 140% for the 10 seconds bezerking lasts, blade flurry on top makes your attack speed 168%. Then you take that 168% and add 40% from SnD = 168+71 = Your new attack speed is 239% for the couple seconds left on the various haste buffs. More importantly you get to keep a slice and dice thats giving you 71% attack speed for the next 45 seconds. If you happen to get both Bezerking weapon enchants proc before you slice and sice that is another 1000 haste so 2320=73% extra base attack speed meaning you would have 173% then 20% from Blood Frenzy making 212, then SnD 40% = 297% attack speed total during all buffs, but again more importantly a 45 second SnD giving you a massive +85% attack speed. Having such massive attack speed also effects PPM making your sword/axe procs in combat, the Berzerking weapon enchant and a (large amount of extra energy if Assasination), both specs get a lot of extra white damage and poison procs. TLDR: Play troll its much higher dps than Orc, stack all haste buffs first then use flat attack speed buffs ontop. It is because of the SnD snapshot that pre bis rogues can out damage full t7 of any other class. This makes sub 50 seconds and 7minet fights ideal as this same combo lines up perfectly 6minets into the fight. Engineering is required for all serious players. Even for tanks it is AMAZING. You can pop engi boots and then instantly swap to your normal stamina boots with a macro to get in position quickly for certain pulls.
WoTLK was the first Xpac that I hit gold cap multiple times. Some of it was done selling TCG items in the AH. SST and WWR. And the rest was done by flipping auctions on an AH alt. Then you have a toon just for mining and a toon that can engineer. You can be pumping out back to back to back mechanohogs on the AH. At least 2 per month is all you need. They go for about 20k back then so I would imagine it would be the same now. You also supplement your income by selling TLPD carries. You have a toon camped out there. No one buys the TLPD carry from you, you simply kill it so no one can have it. Easiest to sell these on a PVP server as you can log into a max level toon any faction and kill anyone who does not buy the carry for it if you want and then you can also sell it to both factions that way. Rets are god level in WoTLK better than they have ever been ever in WoWs history. A full epic geared ret could bring down more than one person with a single divine storm cast. DKs were second best and sometimes were equal. A level 60 ret paladin twink could kill most level 80s back in WoTLK and could solo an entire battleground. Fact. I know from experience. Most powerful twink in all of WoWs existence ever was a WOTLK level 60 ret. And knowing Blizzard, they will announce Cata classic after WoTLK classic is over and they will lose over 80% of the subs. CATA was the beginning of the end for World of Warcraft and when WoW began to die all the rest of Blizzard began to follow. So.. Cata classic will be the end of Blizzard. Unless they are smart enough to NOT re release it and instead release a WoW 2 after that point. But dont think so. I think it will be WoTLK classic then Cata classic will launch and that will be the end of Blizzard. They lost over 250,000 subs in the single prepatch for Cata thats how bad it was. Go RET pally if you have one. Humans get the EMFH racial and it will STACK with your trinkets so you can use it back to back in arenas. A human retadin stacking resil and specced some into holy will be god mode and for S7,S8 they are SUPER good. I played a Blood Elf retadin back in the day. but going against a human ret in arenas.. yea no CCing one of those in WoTLK..

You can't use sappers as gnomish
Is there no lvl 80 sapper option for gnomish engineers?
No
Im working on my ret for wrath already and hes bs and eng. Couldnt imagine going into wrath with anything else. I wanted to main him in tbc, but I broke down and mained an enhance shaman to help my guild out.
Ret main is quite a lot of fun in TBC when you get used to the twisting mechanic tbh :)
jwc > bs
@@Trash-ef9hx I have jc on my warrior
@@Mccaid it’s worth taking JC just for the improved gems
Looks to me like the sappers require goblin engineering to use, and not just to make, is this the case?
Yep! Otherwise you would see EVERYONE walking around with them. It prevents abuse of CD's and makes sure that it's still a valuable quality of life rather than just another consumable
what about chicken that gives 5% boost attack speed ?
Not mentioned because it invalidates logs
sad that you didn't make any mention of the chicken clucking for really insane dps increase for the group..
Honestly that ain’t changed since Classic vanilla, carried on in TBC and still remains in WOTLK but not really relevant now since Warcraft logs don’t even count logs with it being used now. So if you want to rank, using chicken is a no no.
I am curious if feign death + gnomish army knife would work for a clutch combat ress. You should have enough time to use the knife if you feign next to your dead raider, but im not sure if you have enough time for the cast, or if its interrupted when you re enter combat
@@zStC1 yea i thought so, would have been to good to have an extra combat ress. I guess this could have also applied to rogue and locks which would be way too much
my nitro boots shot me up twice in a 10 min span
The professions that I will do for PVP will be Blacksmithing and Jewlcrafting for my Warrior (Best 3 Gems and can add more gems on gear with blacksmithing.
Engineering provides the enchantment on the belt and boots but it doesn't work in arenas that's why I won't use this profession. 👌🔥
I just want the motorcycle lol
The mechano hog sound has gotten so annoying for me I will never ever create that thing myself.
Engineering + Enchant is the best profession combination for big dmg but i stay enchant + tailoring since im in a pretty good always first id clear guild who gives a fuck about it :)
Enchanting is nice for casters, but most phys dps don't scale that well with ap as they do with strength or agility.
I mean enchanting is great for casters. It's great for tanks as well.
But... Goblin or gnomish?
"Wraffff"
have always picked engi every xpac with every class no matter what, you be a fucking fool picking any other profession as it is so fucking fun to have, you can outplay people with nitro boost for world pvp and bgs, or to just survive some mobs, pyro rocket to keep those dirty rogues in combat from the distance while you spam laugh at them, stun bombs, frost bombs, nuke bombs rad mounts, other neat tools you can choose, and some fun trinket
First?
stop the hype! Play the game
All I’m doing is playing the game 😂 I can’t get enough
@@Scottejaye hahaha good point
Take that bloody hat off…
😂
I would liek to go engineer/jewelcrafting in wotlk. But id like to keep mining for a while ofcourse. Woudl you say engineer has the advantage over jewelcrafting at the start? @scottejaye
