Well my exam is in two days :) I dont know if Im going to pass , but it’s already been 4 years of surviving exam nights with you . I pray for the safety of you and your family . Forever grateful to you:)
ur videos r one of my top favourites, they r v precise , no waste of time , crystal clear , although notes r congested but space saving😊 god bless u sir🇵🇰
I suspect to have Uric Acid stones but nothing showed up on my CT scan. My doctor said that Uric Acid do show up on CT scans but in the video you say they do not. Can you clarify whether or not they show up depends on some other factors?
Medicosis, NH3 is a weak base. NH4Cl is acidic. That is why it is used to acidify the urine. Vitamin C can acidify the urine but too much makes calcium oxalate stones.
I've been to numerous doctors over 15years for gut issues, parasites, bacterial vaginosis, kidney stones, diverticulosis, undiagnosed chest pain, chest vibration when laying down, constant cough, nerve pain; burning skin and pain, like glass in my eyes, numbing in my face and now body twitching. My blood work just showed blood in urine and Amorphous Crystals. I have doctors that just walk around with that stethoscope! Need help, at my wits end. I'm only 52 years old and running out of doctors to ask for help.

But Ca. Carbonate (alkaline urine) and Ca. Oxalate( acidic urine ) both are seen together many times so what is the chemistry behind it ??
Is the disease primary hyperoxaluria?

I have question for you over bronchiectasis. Does bronchiectasis damaged both of lungs or one?
Yes both
How would hemolysis cause hyperuricemia if they have no nucleus?
Because the bone marrow responds to hemolysis by making more RBCs and red blood cell precursors (these precursors are nucleated).

Answer to first question Sarcoidosis
So Mr McKinsey operated on a uric acid stone?( Radiolucent)
Probably yes, but it could also be radioopaque that happened to be too small too be detected by old x-ray machine from a century ago!
Perfect one Medicosis
Thank you!
