We call this Gus Green - named after our friend in central Mexico. This is exactly how he likes his. I will freeze pints of this from the garden and use it like it is or whenever I see good looking fresh tomatillos - I will add some of those, cilantro and a squeeze of lime for a mild version of this. Both household favorites here in Michigan!
Consejo para una salsa de chiles como la de el video funciona muy bien que en vez de echar agua echar aceite poco a poco, la salsa queda más cremosa y el sabor es muy bueno
I'm subbing! I luv this guy! I live in Albuquerque New Mexico and love Mexican food. I see so many people on TH-cam bbqing or cooking European food, some African or Asian but never see someone cooking up some bad ass Latino food! I hope you blow up my friend! I'd love to see this channel grow huge AF. MUCH LOVE FROM BUQUE! ❤
Oh yeah, I got a ton of jalapeños right now too and a bunch more ready to pick. I love the recipes are so tasty and when I see you got a new video man it’s like watching a home run in the World Series for me. I got so excited anyways, I hope you have a good day bud.
I recommend roasting the peppers over open flame and peeling some of the charr off then doing the same with the blender. It really adds a depth of flavour
I love his recipes I am someone who loves heat but more so the flavor that only comes with really hot peppers like extremely hot to super hot peppers but I love all Chile peppers and every single one has a different flavor profile
my mom always adds sweet onion and cumin and she been cooking like this 60 years and passed on to me. my mom used to have a mexican catering service i miss those days :( i used to eat good food whie helping my mom sell food .
Bro, you reminded me of my family in the 90s.....momma cooking the extra spicy caldo on a 100° Durango summer.........bugers running, eyes watery and gasping that spicy potion ....I love your exit!!
I thought wow this would be strong af but actually this is very mild peppers. Ones I eat are 10 times stronger so this would be very enjoyable to eat with big spoons of it on my food. Not too much ingrédients + fresh ingrédients also good and he's happy about food and passionate. Great stuff man !!
That's the caliente version like he said. The normal version has tomatillos. He's a little loco.. that's just straight up peppers... That's the one that burns going out.
I am making this tomorrow. Thank you so much. This is my favorite new TH-cam Cooking Channel. I can’t wait to try out some of the other recipes like the Pollo Asada.
This is my new favorite channel You're hilarious and so happy doing what you're doing It's fun to watch especially when you got yourself with your own salsa lol😂😊
In So. TX near Lagarto which is not far from Dinero my mom worked with Juanita and she would make salsa in a mocejete for breakfast. They served people who came to retreats where we lived. Juanita said it was topping like for ice cream except on eggs. People would use and come running back with tears for agua because of the topping’s heat. Good stuff!
This is a man that loves what he does and it shows. ❤
I don’t like jalapeño or Serrano because they vary so much in heat and I get disappointed. Now I just cut up raw habanero
No shit! He looks depressed
@@jaypruitt8639ah yeah cause that’s how that works… 💤
@@jaypruitt8639he was dancing and showing enthusiasm why would you say he is depressed?🤦♂️

You got it spot on for the "mild". I love the flavor from the less spicy, but I hate when it's just "mild".
