Excellent advice you gave about not basing ones whole strategy on just shield bashing. I have to hand it to you, I have seen all your videos and you are really spot on.
Thanks for this videos. I'm an SCA fighter but alot of this translates very well into our game as well. Wish you guys lived closer, it'd be fun to come out and learn a bit :).
You guys are pretty fast and look like you've been at this for a while! I prefer a large Claymore with no Shield or Mace with a Shield. I don't use smaller swords often but I may now seeing to whack about with them! 5/5.
This may be the HMB talking, but go for the front leg (some have shield leg forward, some sword side), and quickly follow up with a shield punch (so they're slightly staggered. ba-dum, not dum - dum) so when they do that stupid "I have all my bodyweight on one leg" leg slip, they're caught in the mouth (or shield. I don't know your rules) and go over backwards xD
1 move - interestning, but you are exposing your head, but it can be modified 2 move - very useful 3rd - good in full contact ( bohurt style ) but use real, not flat, shiled, they behave different
@hkusp460 no headshots in order to hopefully not hurt anyone, if you hit hard enough, you can knock anyone out with pretty much anything. Hopefully you are doing this to have fun, not hurt people..

How do I prevent him from performing the first technique if I use a Viking round shield?
Im curious as to what organization you're in.
I am a member of the SCA and there is no shield to body contact allowed. Only shield to shield.
