We got a 65" S90D that fits our fireplace media center perfectly on black friday for $1399. It has an amazing picture after tuning the settings bit. I wish sports like football were sharper but it is what it is. We went from a older Samsung 50" LCD to this and besides 1080p sports content being relatively the same but on a larger panel the 4KHDR content is jaw dropping.
@@jennermcdougall133 it will most likely be a HDFury product. It has issues and quirks and a price tag that's enough to consider or question if it's worth the risk.

I've had 83" Samsung qled for 2 years and it has been awesome. Great picture. I keep it in film mode. The movies have looked great. My nephew told me it was too big for my room but I like it because it's like looking at a movie screen. If 98" wasn't so expensive, I might would have gotten that.
Those people are going by old thx recommendations or don't actually like being emersed. I like sitting equal distance or closer. Unfortunately, I once I got 7.1 surround sound you kind of have to be in the center of the room. 77 is not big enough.l especially with ultra wide movies. Need an 83 or bigger next. Go big or go home. lol
It's nice that Samsung finally has OLED TVs but I'm pretty happy with my LG OLED (2 yrs). The only thing I would change is getting a larger screen but I don't have the space.
LG is the longest consecutive producer of OLED tvs in the consumer market I would trust they know what they are doing by now. The G4 and C4 was on top of lists and even awarded top spots.
@@MM-Official the HDFury products can add even Dolby Vision to a HDR10 only capable TV ie older chipset tvs. The issue is the handshake which I have read reports and can be frustrating between the device and TV.

Starting to think about a new TV for my movie room, and leaning towards an LG (I am along time Samsung fan, why? I dunno, I like their stuff 😂) So yes please to the Dolby vision video! And thanks for the tips on the gaming tweaks!
I have two reasons for being interested in LG OLED: a) Dolby Vision b) IMAX enhanced I'm not a fan of Dolby Vision, in fact, I'm not a fan of any type of HDR, but ultimately movies, TV series and games are presented to us in this way and most companies prefer Dolby Vision. I'm worried that I'll see an incompatibility when I watch the same content on a SAMSUNG TV.
The Samsung one is a good oled tv and brighter than the C4 and on a paper maybe better. But for OLED, I prefer glossy screen and besides that, the C4 is bright enough for me. Sometimes even too bright, so I have to turn down the brightness. No DV, no Dolby Atmos on the Samsung...Also I do have midrange Samsung QLED as well and I think the LG OS is better than then new Tizen OS..Some reviewer also claim that Samsung QD OLED will eventually develop a burn in faster than the LG C series TV, but that is really subjective.
Processing on those QDOLEDS just isn’t where they should be yet. Better panel sure but not better hardware and at then end of the day that’s really what you need to get the whole package. Sony A95L motion is lacking and the Samsung panels looks 2d vs 3D on the LG and Sony.

Moving from LG to Samsung is such an amateur move. The panel is nice, sure, but everything else is trash.
Correct
I had the Sony X900H (Beast TV since 2020)
Grabbed the S90D and it broke by the 12th day
Now I’m a LG C4 owner
@TheUncleSpiderX my Sony and LG are the go to displays. Our Samsung is the worst by far.
@@DrakonR yup
If I could’ve kept my X900H , I def would’ve but it’s still in my family at least , my aunt has it now at least
But from now on it’s only LG and Sony are my trusted brands for quality tv
