Breanna Dobitas About a week. It was't significant, but little by little you start to see yourself slimming down and your body strengthening. So that's a plus!
This workout routine does not burn belly fat, it builds your abdominal muscles , for belly fat loss try cardio , mainly jogging and cutting out sugar, try eating a healthy diet . I also recommend drinking a cup of Lipton green before going to bed , hot , warm or even iced. Hot has greater results though.Yes it may make you get up in the middle of the night to go pee lol but it really works. I lost 20lbs by doing this for a month .

Her recipes helped me to lose the extra 7 lbs I was trying to lose. I simply write down the recipes as she goes over them in her TH-cam videos. it's definitely worth the effort.

Sophia G. As it was three years ago, I don’t do this workout anymore and I have moved onto harder intense workouts. But I think I used to do this workout twice a day, in the morning before breakfast and at night before bed. However, I was also dieting and doing a lot of cardio which lead me to lose a lot of weight as well as my belly pooch but as I was a 12 year old at the time, that was an unhealthy weight. I have recovered now and I have still kind of managed to eliminate my belly pooch. At the end of the day, everyone is different and this workout can work instantly for others but just do what’s best for you 😊
Madyson Reed if you're not keeping your core optimally activated, your back will compensate for the effort that should be going straight to your abs! if it's really hurting even if you tighten your belly, maybe try to modify the workout a little until you gain that ab strength -- don't hurt yourself!!

+Madyson Reed I agree with Anastasia. Always try to touch your belly button to your spine. It is impossible but that is what helps me keep my core activated no matter what workout I am doing. It significantly reduced pain for me, especially side aches. I was better able to breath too. Pilates is what helped me realize that I was not activating my core when working out.

Now I workout regularly, but I never diet. I'm no glutton, but I eat what I want. I've tried a number of workouts over the years, and no easy ones. But this is by far the best. You see results immediately. I've done Jillian's 6-week 6pack and this one is better. It give you results in two weeks (I lost an in in fat and my abs became a lot more defined), it's quicker, more intense and to the point. So thank you Joanna Soh! Your workouts are always legit.

This is really hard to do even the first 30 sec. I am thinking to start doing it 30 sec 5 times a week for a week, then add more every week. I think it is the only way to make my body able to do it.
I've been doing full body work out plus a 10 min ab work out for at least 5 days a week, my upper abdomen is starting to take shape but I can't seem to get rid of the lower belly pooch. I'm really hoping this routine will help with that. Starting this from tomorrow.Feeling hopeful😊

i used to do this about 4-5 times a week. as for the results, I would say after 3 weeks I started seeing some. Of course, I did a few other work outs and ate healthy-ish, so three weeks might be a bit too soon for some.
Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for, not only because my pooch is exactly what I am now focusing on, but because I hate ab exercises more than anything else. This targets my entire abdomen including my lower back! It's short, doable, and hits a lot of wanted targets in a short time period. This I CAN do well 3x a week.
This is one of my favourite workouts. I try to do it 4-5 times weekly and I combine it with a waist workout by Tiffany Rothe. You and Tiffany are both great instructors

These videos are extremely helpful! By doing these simple workouts once or twice everyday I can improve my core strength and loose the weight I need to. I also enjoy your nutritional videos for they help keep me motivated to stay healthy. One thing I've been having to deal with is my lack of sleep. Started doing this today. I try to do it 3-4 times a week depending on my other exercises but I try to stick up with this at least a month and see what kind of results it gives. I guess I should try to post here every week my results to stay motivated :D
I haven't been able to do this so often, because I was sick. But now I'm doing it again. I have done her other videos as well and I think a have lost fat a bit. I wasn't very huge so the change wouldn't be so big anyway but I think her videos do work. I try to do this now more often so I can say more about the results.

Okay, so I have been doing this workout everyday for about... 4 weeks? Well, my tummy is extremelly toned and my stomach is almost 100 per cent flat. I do this on my spare time or before going to bed, and it really kills me, being honest, but it is really worth it. Do not give up, guys!

I felt the hip twists in my back and not in my abs at all. Hurt my back a lot. But the full extensions did a number on my abs.
Yes! The hip twists hurt and worked on my back more than my abs.

+Shaza Osman There is no "fast way" to lose belly fat or fat in general... It takes time. Also, you don't want to be over exercising.

hi joanna, i almost do this for 1month. and this is very effective, my tummy is almost flat now. i continue do this for best result, thank you for this video. but on my first day i didn't do it because its so hard, but finally, i made it and i reach the best result i wanted

Thanks for these exercises... I do a mix of the lower belly pooch program and the slim curvy waistline and Ive noticed a difference already and its only been 2 weeks.
Now I workout regularly, but I never diet. I'm no glutton, but I eat what I want. I've tried a number of workouts over the years, and no easy ones. But this is by far the best. You see results immediately. I've done Jillian's 6-week 6pack and this one is better. It give you results in two weeks (I lost an in in fat and my abs became a lot more defined), it's quicker, more intense and to the point. So thank you Joanna Soh! Your workouts are always legit.

This is really hard to do even the first 30 sec. I am thinking to start doing it 30 sec 5 times a week for a week, then add more every week. I think it is the only way to make my body able to do it.
Going to do this for 6 weeks! Just had my baby a few days ago and man the hip twist helps relieve my lower back pain so well!
I've been doing full body work out plus a 10 min ab work out for at least 5 days a week, my upper abdomen is starting to take shape but I can't seem to get rid of the lower belly pooch. I'm really hoping this routine will help with that.

Love this workout! I try to do this workout a few times a week. Every time I do the full extensions it's hard because it seem impossible for my back to stay flat on the ground :(
Johanna seriously you are the best, I always feel sore after your exercises but they are simple enough to do the first time around and they are not overly complicated so that you can get injured you rock

+no name I did it for about 2 1/2 months- no cardio or anything and I didn't change my diet that much & my lower stomach was significantly smaller!!! my muffin top shrunk too! I can't imagine how fast you'll lose the belly fat if you do cardio and eat healthy!

Your videos have helped me a lot .i do this workout and the other workout (for flat tummy ) along with cardio almost everyday .its very effective and I could see results in less than a month.

i love this workout! its quick so i can do it every day, even if i have school and work. i most def have seen results. i have a small waste, so my pooch was a lot more apparent. now my tummy is almost flat as an ironing board. thank you so much joanna!!!

i used to do this about 4-5 times a week. as for the results, I would say after 3 weeks I started seeing some. Of course, I did a few other work outs and ate healthy-ish, so three weeks might be a bit too soon for some.
Wow! This is exactly what I have been looking for, not only because my pooch is exactly what I am now focusing on, but because I hate ab exercises more than anything else. This targets my entire abdomen including my lower back! It's short, doable, and hits a lot of wanted targets in a short time period. This I CAN do well 3x a week.
This is one of my favourite workouts. I try to do it 4-5 times weekly and I combine it with a waist workout by Tiffany Rothe. You and Tiffany are both great instructors

These videos are extremely helpful! By doing these simple workouts once or twice everyday I can improve my core strength and loose the weight I need to. I also enjoy your nutritional videos for they help keep me motivated to stay healthy. One thing I've been having to deal with is my lack of sleep. If there's anything I should know on how to successfully control my sleeping pattern throughout the year please make a video! Thanks again for the tips and tricks! You're a great motivator!

Started doing this today. I try to do it 3-4 times a week depending on my other exercises but I try to stick up with this at least a month and see what kind of results it gives.

I have done her other videos as well and I think a have lost fat a bit. I wasn't very huge so the change wouldn't be so big anyway but I think her videos do work. I try to do this now more often so I can say more about the results.

Okay, so I have been doing this workout everyday for about... 4 weeks? Well, my tummy is extremelly toned and my stomach is almost 100 per cent flat. I do this on my spare time or before going to bed, and it really kills me, being honest, but it is really worth it. Do not give up, guys!
