Every community you sell out, you have 500 years of low maintenance steady income. Remember, McDonalds is a realty company first, a restaurant second. You want to be like Tesla or Apple? Control quality of entire community.
Ly my issue here is not one of your statistics are verified or cited or list in an appendix. I will always question anyone that cannot cite the sources you are using to get the fear of loss going. I also have not seen any of your homes built but you are asking for more & more money. Trees are very sustainable there are many ways to build a sustainable house. As a GC in CA I do not see the cost you cited. Perhaps for a MANSION in an expensive neighborhood.
