  • I recommend that you do this quick warm-up before Bo (kobudo weapon) practice.
    Simply follow along with these exercises.

    thanks for posting. I practiced Shintaido bo staff years ago...still have my Bo and need to get back into it.

    Being what looks and sounds to be a native to Okinawa or Japan, I find it highly odd that the term "staff staff" would be used here.
