I think I'm a Sigma male and also a martial artist. I have apologized and defused situations that could have become violent. However, if I am seen as weak or they are a bully, I draw that line, and they see a whole different person in front of them.

When I was 12 years old, my family moved and I ended up going to a new school. I was quiet and trying to adjust to my new environment. There was a faction of guys that were bullies and obviously they were going to put me to a physical test at some point. One day I was outside in the school yard and Bob (who I felt was a nice guy) the strongest of the group, grabbed me buy my shirt and then I dropped him to the ground in about one second. What he didn't know about me, is that even though I was quiet and 120ish lbs at the time, I could bench press twice my weight. I let him up and walked away without creating a scene. That gang, never challenged me again.
I never really realized how much I had achieved in life… until I looked back and thought what the …? I did all that ?? I never personally qualified any of it by my own standards Someone once challenged me at my work and he was sorry… yet I could have knocked him way down but didn’t…. He never bothered me again people still talk about it occasionally at work years later My significant other told me regarding that conflict “ you will put up with and put up with yet there is a line that is not to be crossed and unfortunately I cross that line more than anyone I know….” I’m always seeking the edge, always working on self improvement …… There is power in the conditioned mind…

I disagree completely. TRUE Sigmas can be trusted, and a will not be untrustworthy in his actions and “screw people over.” However, a TRUE Sigma is wise and will not allow untrustworthy people into his life - in any way. He does not allow people to “screw” with him, and this angers others who tend to believe that they should be allowed to do whatever they want.

As a sigma female, I'll tell you we are like this because of the trauma we've lived through exposed to bullies aka narcissists, and have the capability to destroy a narcissist.
