I don’t know what’s more impressive. The top water strike of a river smallmouth. Or the precise casting to trigger the strike. Truly amazing!

This winter is eerily similar to the winter of 1979. Lakes in the top third of MN were still frozen on fish opener that year (ice went out on our lake on Sunday of fish opener weekend). Fishing was phenomenal when the ice went out. I am sure everyone is going to like my post. Right? Great video as always.

These videos are amazing for how you capture the aggressive behaviour of smallies. I love seeing them charge out of cover and hit the plopper. A few of them circle around to nail it when they hear it. Awesome stuff!

Great....now you're giving me smallmouth envy. You're teasing me! Haven't been able to do any kayaking around these parts for some time now. Still raining here in Carolina...its been a dismal past 6 months here. Just keep getting rain. It's been tough really about a year now.
Keep up the good work. Looking forward to new videos. I have noticed you don't use any finesse baits to speak of. We use alot finesse jigs my area. I am very fond of the Zman products. The TRD's and the Craw bodies with accompanying jig heads are deadly.
