Does the manual focus adaptor get in the way of the lens’ 58mm filter thread then?

unfortunately it does and it does not has it's own filter thread.

@@holdmylenscap7241 that is so weird! So if you have a filter on your lens you can’t put the adaptor on?!!! That literally makes no sense

@@gamedesign1 with the adaptor you are supposed to use a matte box. I agree with you it is a design flaw.
