Can it be used as wheel cleaner?
This is a degreaser, so it can be used on wheels as well. Just be sure to test on a small area first to be safe.
wouldn't it be just as affective to use the express interior cleaner?
Enviro Clean is a stronger cleaning option in comparison to Xpress Interior Cleaner. It all depends on what dirt and grime you are targeting and on what area. Xpress is great on dashboards, seats, doors, etc. but with how dirty some mats can be, Enviro Clean offers more cleaning power for those areas.
What is the dilution for interiors plastics leather etc
What was the dilution used for the door jambs?
For interior work I would recommend a 20:1 dilution. Test on a small inconspicuous area first before proceeding.

That is correct. Enviro Clean Cleaner Degreaser may be diluted anywhere from 4:1 up to 20:1 depending upon product use. We recommend diluting at 20:1, using on a small area first and inspecting the results. For interior plastics, leather, etc. a 20:1 dilution will provide a much safer use on sensitive areas.
